I used to think Hach, Taylor, and LaMotte were the only way to go when selecting a test kit supplier - go directly to the source. No longer, I'd rather deal with one supplier, especially one as knowledgeable, helpful and courteous as Aquaphoenix. Plus the bonus of no-upcharge private labeling. What a bonus!

Do not recommend working here, production management plays favoritism towards certain employees, despite perfect attendance, always showing up for over time (even when not mandatory) and getting a lot done- if you aren t liked you aren t liked and will be singled out and targeted by management and their HR department which also plays favoritism. There is a lot of high school like drama, and rumors, which also makes the workplace uncomfortable and hostile. Their pay is also not good, and their raises aren t fair. You do way too much work for the pay when the same environment of work is paying 6-10$ an hour more nearby. Overall, this place is a joke to work for despite being a big successful company, they do not appreciate their hardworking employees.

Went in thinking the best, left with a whole new mindset. No training what so ever and if you re not in the right group you re outed with no hesitation. However, not everyone was terrible. The education production supervisor was pretty helpful and caring.
Seen and heard too many people get done wrong there in the short amount of time I was there. There is no line between personal life and work life there. Way too much drama.
If you re looking to grow, don t go there.

They had a lack of communication. I ordered it 11-21-16 and got it 12-6-16. They said they would send it in two business days, wrong. They said they would send me a follow up email, wrong. But, I eventually got my package. They have good quality, just there communication needs to improve a lot.
