💖 My stay at Aqua Sun Resorts INC was absolutely incredible! The beach was stunning and the staff was so kind. The food was divine and the rooms were luxurious. I would recommend it to everyone! 💖

We have had a timeshare since 2000 and every year our maintenance fees go up. The quality of the location is not worth the fee. We have been trying to cancel our timeshare and they are refusing to do so. Do not invest or buy a time share with Aqua Sun or Island Seas Resort.
We've had our timeshare since 2000. Aqua Sun has been very professional and helpful throughout. They maintain the accounts that are purchased in the Bahamas. Our maintenance fees go up a little, but it's not a dramatic amount. When buying timeshares do your research first. No one not even Aqua Sun can get you out of them. That's just what that market defines...it insures income for these resorts who earn money through tourist activities. It's like buying a car, once you buy it, it's yours. Do not believe any company that promises to sell your timeshare for you. Once they get your money you will not hear from them much after. Many of them close shop and open up under a different name, but uses the same BB rating from one established company to fool you. Many of these companies are only around long enough to take your money then they are gone. We've experienced it nearly 3 times. A lawyer told us that there is no way to get rid of it....The market is flooded with people trying to get rid of them. There's just too many...Some have tried to sell theirs for a $1 and can't get rid of them. One option is to sell your weeks to recoup your money. Aqua Sun is not to blame. Do your research....
Aqua Sun Investments Inc., / Island Seas Investment Ltd is a huge SCAM! Do not be taken in by their sales tactics and promises of sunnier days ahead. They are ALL lies. Even after cancelling our agreement within the allotted 7 days of signing our contract, we have yet to see a refund on our deposit NOR do they even give you the courtesy of corresponding with you. I'm not sure how they can continue to rip people off with all their underhanded dealings that I keep reading about. If I can't get my deposit back, the least I can do is to warn future potential timeshare holders to not trust a single thing they say to you. IT'S ALL LIES!
They are an absolute criminal enterprise. They scam unsuspecting clients with promises of beautiful ocean front while feeding you booze and using brutal sales tactics. The promised ocean front at the island Seas resort on Grand Bahama Island(Their client) is full of jagged cement from past hurricanes, you can't even swim there, not to mention the drug dealers that walk the beach. If you try to surrender your timeshare they tell you it's not an option, although it happens all the time. They need to be put out of business. Buyer beware. This is a dead end street to 30 years of raised fees and expenses. Do not.. I repeat do not EVER do business with this company!
