They are an absolute criminal enterprise. They scam unsuspecting clients with promises of beautiful ocean front while feeding you booze and using brutal sales tactics. The promised ocean front at the island Seas resort on Grand Bahama Island(Their client) is full of jagged cement from past hurricanes, you can't even swim there, not to mention the drug dealers that walk the beach. If you try to surrender your timeshare they tell you it's not an option, although it happens all the time. They need to be put out of business. Buyer beware. This is a dead end street to 30 years of raised fees and expenses. Do not.. I repeat do not EVER do business with this company!
