Overpriced is an understatement. Unprofessional is the bigger problem with this company. Avoid if you can.

This company doesn't care about the little guy with one fire extinguisher was the worst customer service and the most horrible experience I ever had when I refused to make my appointment this year I was immediately reported to the fire marshal who came over to visit me a little confused, he couldn't understand why he got in a faxed letter over one fire extinguisher that wasn't even expired, the owners have been pm ing me all morning because I called them out on it and told him what horrible customer service they gave, stay away from these people!

We have used Approved Fire Protection for over twenty years and remain completely satisfied with the company. They provide annual reminders, and their service technicians are professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this vendor.

Even though I arrived mere minutes before their closing time, the gentlemen who work here greeted me and another customer with friendly professionalism. Several of them worked as a team to service our equipment quickly and efficiently and we were out of there before closing time! It is always a pleasant experience going here :) Highly recommended!
