I have talked with apple support for hours with no solution. I bought 2 new iphone 11 pros (at $1,349 each) for my husband and me. They never let us know on either device when a new email comes in with a tone or badge until we open the app and then it loads several emails that we have received. It acts like no email is getting pushed or fetched like it used to previously, making the iphone unreliable and useless to keep on top of new emails. I've already missed responding to important emails because I didn't know they came in. It now started happening with our 2 old iphone 6's. The 11's are on ios 13.3.1 and the 6's are on 12.4.5. Every other app alerts me/us to new incoming messages whether on whatsapp, message, air bnb, uber, facebook messenger...you name it, they all work except the mail app.

Since May 2020 I have bought four of the Apple pro...

Since May 2020 I have bought four of the Apple products. Three out of the four did not work and had to be returned. The entire situation took 40 hours out of my life and when I asked to speak to someone in corporate they give you an address to write too. The new pro products are not made well. Yesterday which was July 22 I spent four hours on the phone with my second iPad Pro trying to set up facial recognition. On one of the other days I was on the phone with a lady trying to fix my original air Mac, which they screwed up by guiding me through fixing it. When the call dropped I gave her my phone number to call me back and she did not even bother. Currently my air Mac no longer works thanks to them. I will be sending information on to corporate because obviously they don t want to give you a phone number. When you cannot reach Company by phone something is truly wrong with that company. They must be afraid to speak to people. I used to love their products. Now I find the products to be questionable. I ve been using Apple since the beginning of time. This is soon to change

I have purchased many apps from Apple when I paid or I thought I paid they never got payment so someone was stealing my Payment off my card! Apple never did anything It s a shame they used to be good !

Worst customer service experience I have ever had...

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was told that apple does not have a corporate phone number or email for complaints or concerns. I was told to write them a letter. A company all about technology doesn't even have an email or phone number what a joke looks like I will be going back to Samsung.

I have purchased many iPhones from Apple. On my 6th phone (Xs), the power port stopped working. I called AT&T and they told me to call the insurance company. I called them they said that my issue was a manufacturer defect and because it was still under manufacturer warranty, I needed to call Apple. So this is where my Apple experience will forever be changed. Apple Tech Support and Service is by far the worst that I have ever encountered, I waited 90 minutes like it was the EDD. I explained the situation and they agreed that the phone was under warranty and that they would send me a new one and I would then send them my old phone. I thought this all sounded normal. There was a $30 priority shipping fee that I felt was tacky but whatever. Then they tell me I have to give them a credit card to authorize for the value of the new phone. $1100!!!! I was not ok with this but the supervisor who was very rude made it clear I would never get a new replacement if I did not do this authorization. So I was forced to comply to get what I wanted. It was a 2 day priority so what the worst that could happen? This was Monday Aug 10th. By Friday I never received my phone. I called back and waited another 2 hours to only be told that it would most likely come on Monday. I asked why I had to pay the $30 for priority shipping if this was clearly not a priority. They said they would waive it. It s still on my credit card as a finalized charge. Monday rolled around and I never got my phone. I called back. This time I tried the iMessage route. I went back and forth for hours with a robot (I assume) then was referred back to support. Another 90 minutes went by and they sent me the fed ex tracking number. Which they were already supposed to give me. I looked it up. My phone was delivered to Oakland California. I don t live in Oakland California. Never have. I was exhausted from all the waiting and run around so I figured I would address this the next day. I called back. This time is was on hold for two hours. Once I got a person on the phone I had to wait on and off hold for another hour while they investigated what happened to my replacement phone. After all this, she comes back on the phone and tells me that they don t know what to do. They can t send me a new phone or resolve my issue in any way. This is when I almost lost my mind. She then tells me that someone from another department will call me in the next 48 hours to help me further. I asked what they are going to do for me? She said. I don t know. I m still waiting for my replacement phone and I can t charge my old one. I have ordered a wireless charger to get through which takes forever to charge but at least I have a usable phone sometimes. Apple charges a lot for their phones. They should take better care of their customers. I feel like they don t care to help when they clearly made a mistake. Doubt I continue to purchase phones or any other products from them. August 30th.. still waiting for replacement phone or even a call from tech support, delayed services or anything. Still no refund to my card for the $30 and I now own a pixel 4. Good job Apple.

Re: iphone 12 - no charger to hit green initiatives... We'd all / the green initiatives would be better if planned obsolescence was doubled or tripled. This would have a much larger and significant impact... Better yet, make phones fixable and upgradeable so they stop being tossed / recycled (where applicable) every X number of years. Stop trying to create a heard of sheep who are addicted to buying new products each drop/release.

Re: "Apple Takes Legal Action Against Small Company With Pear Logo" - Apple, you are one of the big 5, in my opinion, you don't get to have an opinion about other's copying your logo, especially when it isn't apples to apples (pun intended). Don't be a corporate bully. The logo in question doesn't even have the same colors, is for a completely different product, etc...

I have experienced many hardware faults of late.

I have experienced many hardware faults of late.

I expect more from a company that charges premium prices, both on the hardware side and the customer experience side.

I have spent 20-30k personally with the company, and now am in a position profession where I make decisions about hardware purchasing, with a very large budget for reliable computers.

I would like to feel better about apple as a company, but I will not be recommending it to others, professionally and personally.

I am very disappointed in what this company has become.
