Since May 2020 I have bought four of the Apple products. Three out of the four did not work and had to be returned. The entire situation took 40 hours out of my life and when I asked to speak to someone in corporate they give you an address to write too. The new pro products are not made well. Yesterday which was July 22 I spent four hours on the phone with my second iPad Pro trying to set up facial recognition. On one of the other days I was on the phone with a lady trying to fix my original air Mac, which they screwed up by guiding me through fixing it. When the call dropped I gave her my phone number to call me back and she did not even bother. Currently my air Mac no longer works thanks to them. I will be sending information on to corporate because obviously they don t want to give you a phone number. When you cannot reach Company by phone something is truly wrong with that company. They must be afraid to speak to people. I used to love their products. Now I find the products to be questionable. I ve been using Apple since the beginning of time. This is soon to change
