If I could give this company a negitive rating I would. This is absolutely the worse company ever. I fear for the safety of my children while on Apple buses. This has been our experience for the last 3 years. I finally am just taking them off the bus which is a huge inconvenience but worth my children's safety. They are never on time, my children have been let off in the middle of Troost several times. They have also been allowed to walk about a half a mile down Troost when in accidents and once from paseo to Troost under the age if 12 without even notifying parents. If my children didn't have cell phones they could have been lost of worse snached. When you call to complain the customer service is horrible and they all seem to be good friends so nothing happens. I wouldn't be surprised if someone sued this company for everything they are worth for the danger they allow their drivers to put our children in. They should just sale all their busses and go into a new line of business. My prayers are that the other children that have to ride the bus are safe daily and make it home at night.

Worse experience ever they are late almost every day, last year. If the bus was on time 1 out of 10. Times and that is not all , careless driver. Wish. There's were more options. Very disappointed at this "company"

It's the first week of school and I have a kindergartner at Success Preparatory Academy in New Orleans, Louisiana. I want to thank the bus driver for the Lower Ninth Ward route and the Call Center staff for your supreme professionalism. I've called everyday this week inquiring about delayed pickups and/or drop offs knowing that this and the next few weeks to come are an adjustment for everyone. I want to express my gratitude for your continued patience, professional bearing and excellent customer service, I KNOW that my calls are redundant and interrupt you during your busiest hours. I've worked for Apple along time. They are such a great company. It's all about who your supervisors are. People giving Apple a bad name.. They need to hate on who's running over the busses. We have a great crew! Thanks Apple for being great!
