It's the first week of school and I have a kindergartner at Success Preparatory Academy in New Orleans, Louisiana. I want to thank the bus driver for the Lower Ninth Ward route and the Call Center staff for your supreme professionalism. I've called everyday this week inquiring about delayed pickups and/or drop offs knowing that this and the next few weeks to come are an adjustment for everyone. I want to express my gratitude for your continued patience, professional bearing and excellent customer service, I KNOW that my calls are redundant and interrupt you during your busiest hours.
