Excellent experience. Great customer service. If you submit your prescription by 3pm, they usually can deliver the next day. You can call the day of delivery to get a more exact time for the delivery. Very handy.

Very bad. Changed my dermatologist prescription to...

Very bad. Changed my dermatologist prescription to dressing material I can't use. Called about this and it claims their material is the same. Can't use it just because of allergy. Even CZ does not get a correct answer why the wrong material has been supplied. No service and people hide behind rules. I will be reimbursed by CZ for the material I have to use. Very bad service. This one star is actually still too much.

Great service! The hospital pharmacy was not very ...

Great service! The hospital pharmacy was not very clear on why they could not deliver the supplies but would forward the prescription and deliver it to the home. The procedure was on Wednesday and the wound care material had not yet been delivered. So called ApotheekZorg, a friendly lady got on the phone and told me that they had not received anything from the hospital pharmacy. Because the procedure was taking place at that time, she already mailed the materials without the prescription being there. Unfortunately, PostNL abandoned us, because it was only delivered today. It is clearly stated on the shipping box that the package comes from a pharmacy, but PostNL is not interested in this. Just to be clear, that is NOT ApotheekZorg's fault! Today I also had contact with ApotheekZorg again because I wanted to check whether the prescription had been received and I had another question. I got the same friendly lady on the phone again and I was helped again. It is very nice to be helped in a friendly and professional manner in all the hectic arrangements and the administrative hassle surrounding a serious illness.

With this letter I submit a complaint to Pharmacy Care.

Unfortunately, I feel compelled to do so given the poor cooperation and treatment in recent months. I would like to explain this:

On January 4, 2021, the prescription for incontinence products was sent to you by my mother's doctor.

It was clearly stated here that it had to be Tena Pants Maxi Proskin Large, of 30 pieces.

We had not yet received anything on 11 January, so I called you. You would send it asap.

After several more calls, delivery was not made until February 13th. Unfortunately, the correct products were not delivered, however. The materials you provided were not suitable for my mother.
I was forced to purchase the right materials myself in the meantime.

The district nurses had also noticed that the delivery was incorrect and there was poor communication. Because of this they could not take good care of my mother.

They then took the initiative to call you on 18 February to solve the problem and to receive the correct materials. They hoped that it would work out from their profession. Unfortunately without results, despite the promise.

On March 1, I had another telephone contact with you and asked about the status. You again indicated that you were sending it.

On March 2, I actually received materials again, again the wrong one and only 3 pieces.

I will tell you, I find it downright scandalous and degrading that you dare to treat people like that.

My mother, who is bedridden and completely dependent on our care and the right materials, has been the victim of this. It has all caused us unnecessary misery.

We still suffer from this, it is still not resolved. This should not be possible with a professional company.

In the meantime, I want to receive from you the amount that I now had to spend on the right incontinence materials, at 150 euros.

Tomorrow I have to get new materials again, I will also claim these costs from you. After your response I will send all receipts.

I would therefore like to receive a response very soon.
!!!!!! This letter has been sent since March 3, 2021 and no response whatsoever. Not worth a star unfortunately.
