Great service! The hospital pharmacy was not very clear on why they could not deliver the supplies but would forward the prescription and deliver it to the home. The procedure was on Wednesday and the wound care material had not yet been delivered. So called ApotheekZorg, a friendly lady got on the phone and told me that they had not received anything from the hospital pharmacy. Because the procedure was taking place at that time, she already mailed the materials without the prescription being there. Unfortunately, PostNL abandoned us, because it was only delivered today. It is clearly stated on the shipping box that the package comes from a pharmacy, but PostNL is not interested in this. Just to be clear, that is NOT ApotheekZorg's fault! Today I also had contact with ApotheekZorg again because I wanted to check whether the prescription had been received and I had another question. I got the same friendly lady on the phone again and I was helped again. It is very nice to be helped in a friendly and professional manner in all the hectic arrangements and the administrative hassle surrounding a serious illness.
