Today Wed 03/07/19 I was allowed to experience the following .... I went to pick up my medication which was ready a few weeks ago. I did not pick it up because I still had it and had been passed on through miscommunication with the hospital, hence the message from the Pharmacy. When I was picked up, I was told that a 2nd bill would be made for the prescription / medication. Reason, "I had been busy with it"? Of course I understand that actions have been performed and that they are settled, logically. However, the medication, which I just need, I now have to pay twice ???
I find this not really customer friendly and certainly not for a pharmacy where a certificate is displayed in the waiting room with their performance (s).

Have lived in Emmeloord for 20 years now and has also been with this NOP pharmacy ever since. The first 10 years never actually used it, but the last 10 years (unfortunately) a regular customer. I am always treated properly and if something is not right, they also look for a solution. That is why I give 5 star feedback.
