An unprofessional pharmacy and a staff member who Friday morning, February 22, was blatantly lying to lie that I could pick up my medication Saturday morning. If you lie about this kind of thing, you can apparently lie about even worse things about medication.

This is the uttermost outrageous pharmacy I have ever encountered in my life. Messing up my medicine order everytime. I have told you many times that I want to pay extra so that I don t get the Z-brand medicine you very much like to give people. Repeatedly I have reported that I don t want that due to complications. Don t understand what is so hard about hearing clients. Going over to another pharmacy seeing I ve had it with you.
What goes wrong with me is so annoying. My doctor's assistants fax the prescription, tell me you can pick up your medicines tomorrow afternoon. Well no fax and that 9 times a year. Do you have irritation and I speak louder. It is expected that people taking medicines for a certain disorder will be able to speak normally there. Very common to then accuse the assistant of whether they know how a fax works. I had to whisper they said I screamed a day later. I try to explain to Alex as an example when a client with a tourette comes to you with a good idea, you know where I am sending a little. Yes, he said, weakly. But he should have said well years ago. Badly irritated.
In the meantime I can write a book about everything that went wrong with my prescriptions / medicines. For now: Online system "does not work" (received confirmation email but the pharmacy indicates that it has not received the request), unfriendly staff, do not think in solutions AND the customer is always wrong ... too bad
Really not satisfied with this pharmacy, normally I receive an email when the medication is ready, but often that does not happen and if I then ask, the medication has been ready for a while. Ordered medication from the doctor last week, went to the pharmacy yesterday and it turned out to be out of stock and will arrive on Friday. I would think it normal if they would let you know, especially since I had already complained about this last time. This pharmacy is in the middle of a somewhat remote residential area, and I often have the impression that they are abusing the fact that it is not convenient for many people to switch, otherwise we would do so immediately!
Very poor service, charge more money than elsewhere for the same medication. No answer when inquiring. Do not count unnecessarily for handling costs, while it is not necessary, since medication is repeated. Very unfriendly, not recommended.
