Worst pharmacy ever. You wait an average of 10 minutes per person. With a queue of 3 people, I had to wait 30 minutes plus the 15 minutes it took them to find my medication. Bizarre how slow they are here. It doesn't seem to interest them much either.

Long waiting times, many mistakes with recipes and incapable assistants. Often have to come back for an order after which it appears that the communication has not been good and I have to come back again

Often prescriptions are not ready on time, or the medication must 'still be ordered' while they announce that they will have your order ready within 2 days. This is not communicated and you will find out after you have waited a long time (because of slow service) in the pharmacy.
Finally, almost all employees wear religious symbols, I think it would be nice if you had to get the morning after pill or something. They have not heard of neutral items of clothing here.

This is one of the few pharmacies in the area so you have little choice. The service is poor, especially the speed with which you are helped. Often medication has to be ordered and you have to come back again.

The assistants don't even deserve 1 star, that's how slow it goes here. The one star given is purely for the good location the pharmacy has for me. Spend an average of 40 minutes here (usually longer) because they only help customers with 1 employee at the same time while it is completely full, and when I finally get help, I often don't even get half of it. And that while I always call in advance (which is also ridiculous that this has to be) to ask if everything is ready. I depend on my painkillers and am often sick. Still, because of the mistakes they make, I have to come back weekly.

Today I came back after my friend came yesterday and was told that the other half of the medicines could be picked up today. First I waited for 35 minutes, then there was a 12 minute "search" for the medicines, after which I was sent away empty-handed, because 'I didn't get any more at all and so no other half was ready'. Then don't tell me to come back later! This is just 1 example of everything that goes wrong here. Waiting in itself is not a problem, it just happens when busy. But the organization is lousy, this is the only pharmacy I have ever come to where I have to wait so long and they only have 1 employee at the counter.
