For yesterday because I ordered in the travel application I couldn't request a room .. Just a little disappointed in the room I stayed with for a day below 500 thousand, got a room in the old building when I did CS can't get it in the tower specifically for semi apartments & hrg above 1 million . So for those who want cheap hrg it can't be in the tower (new building).
For rooms below 500 thousand, the facilities are very sad, TV broadcasts are blurry, the air conditioner is not cold, the shower water comes out small, the swimming pool is dirty, just ordinary breakfast.

Employees at the receptionist also need to be more friendly and responsive to requests from customers. For example, on the request of guests who want to move rooms because the AC is considered problematic or want a double bed and not a twin bed, then try an alternative solution and not just say you can't move rooms. Maybe this hotel might consider cooperation with a number of lodging application providers so that the quality of rooms and service standards increases.
