Aphrodite Hills Review

We stayed in a very spacious 1bed apartment.It was well equipped and very clean.The food at the resort restaurant was excellent and plenty of it. The spa was very good and staff were very helpful .

A challenging course but we'll worth it for the views.

A lovely and peaceful resort with great properties. Lots of facilities and things for the kids. Loved it!

The spa is lovely, nice and relaxing. Only downside is could not find some of the treatment rooms and other rooms that had signs where not working.

Beautiful location, amazing pools, great rooms, good food, lovely staff. We had such a fantastic time. We would love to go back.

We went on a family vacation in September. Spend six days in a lovely 5-room luxurious villa with en suite bathroom and shower. There is also a private swimming pool, tanning beds and umbrellas. The kitchen is well equipped. Cleaning services and towels and linen exchange. The place is clean and well-groomed and the service level is wonderful. The place also offers varied sports activities at very reasonable prices. In short, a perfect vacation. The plan is to arrive next year as well.

Everything looks very beautiful. It is seen that the soul is laid out. But still, entertainment for young people is not enough.

Would have rated it higher but the service and staff have declined since our last visit 2 yrs ago.

Beautiful location, but communication with the hotel is almost non existent, you may have to chase. Don't get the hotel confused with the residences/,villas/apartments. Totally separately run.
Ensure you get a map as finding the different properties was difficult. Signs not clear. We were a wedding party, stayed in a variety of their apartments. Excellent facilities BUT 2 were musty. They did move one of our party to a villa which was excellent.
Breakfast served until 10.30. variety of choices good but no one to serve you freshly prepared eggs, poached eggs were hard.
Pleasant environment and views but disappointing to have toasters switched off at 10.25 and told they need to start clearing to get ready for lunch.
Philosophy needs to be addressed, guests are not there to serve the employees.
One good note they did extend our check out.

Love this place. Staff very attentive abd friendly. Nursery staff reassuring and lovely. Food as you would expect, plenty to pick from. Location stunning.

Excellent hotel! Very comfortable and clean rooms! Lovely pool with a hamam and sauna on the lower level.

Food is Excellent, Staff is great and there is lots of activities your kids would love.

Excellent well managed and maintained spacious, open resort with plenty for young and old. Villa accommodation with pool of an excellent standard and highly recommended. Also recommended is the Pithari tavern for typical tasty Cypriot cuisine.

Nice place to stay on the resort. Had a nice view of the sea and golf course. We didn't end up using the driver to get us there from the airport as my friend had surprised me there but I still paid the driver the full 35 for wasting his time. However he had our details to get into the apartment. It took us till 2:30am to get inside. My recommendation is to make sure you know the flat number and the key code before arrival. The flat was really nice and had a good size kitchen too. :) would recommend you get great value for money

The golf course is great, very well maintained. The greens are getting used to. They are fast towards the sea. On some holes you should really be able to play straight out.

Our stay at Villa Kedros was very relaxed and we really loved the property and the pool. The village square is really nice and we favoured the Anoi Bar and the Clubhouse food over the Italian and Greek restaurants which I felt let the resort down a bit. Aphrodite Hills was far more remote than we realized and you definitely need a car - the nearest decent supermarket is about fifteen minutes drive away. The resort supermarket is so over priced but the bakery was good and reasonably priced. The one thing that annoyed me the most was the air conditioning. It was on a two hour timer and we kept waking up during the night as it was so hot. They say this is to preserve energy but there were solar panels on the roof. I've stayed in many villas in Europe and never experienced this so I was quite surprised and also nervous that they might charge me for the extra electricity but they didn't. We had an issue with the TV and wifi but this was out of the resorts control and it was handled professionally on the whole. The gardeners were a little annoying turning up early (7.30am the first morning) two days in a row but the grounds were kept so well so I guess they have to do it some time. Overall it was a lovely holiday, I just wish the villa could be moved a little bit closer to Paphos ! Thanks again for all your help during our stay - I should also add that the staff were professional and very friendly.

The place is absolutely worth the money. Unfortunately, the gentleman in the pro shop is absolutely grumpy and murmurs something in his Great Britain dialect.

You must stay here ...fantastic place with amazing staff

We went to Aphrodite Hills Golf & Spa Resort because one of our daughters' was marrying her new husband at the resort. I have to say that from the moment we entered the site we were treated with the utmost respect. The apartment was excellent and if anything went wrong after 1 telephone call it was sorted immediately (toilet seat was loose and we wanted more coat hangers). As for the wedding that was wonderful, the food was delicious and the staff could not do enough for us. The only point I would make was that when the wedding ceremony took place we feel there should have been a microphone as it was very difficult to hear anything and we were sat in the front row - the people behind heard nothing. Maybe this is something which you could remedy in future?
We would highly recommend the resort and my favourite village was Pissouri and I love Paphos of course.

Loved it! Highly recommend! Great with baby & toddler. Food was great. Entertainment all good.

A perfect 5 star hotel with a golf course what's not to love.

Quality folf resort in Cyprus. We stayed in the apartments which were very close to a private pool. Golf course in great condition but beware the steep and sharply bending buggy paths.

Incredible. The food was amazing, so much choice and catered for everyone. All the staff were very friendly, chatty
and attentive. They even had pillow therapy so I didn't end up with a stiff neck like most places.The app worked most of the time and good for bookings but you do have to book early. Convenient for buses that do run on time, even helpful drivers. Sometimes the main pool was surrounded by a sea of towels on loungers, and no one in sight but that's not the fault of the staff. Would love to go back!!. Thank you to all the staff.

Amazing views, gorgeous apartment and pool. Onsite restaurants good if pricey compared to villages.

Amazing hotel, picture perfect. The Buffett was not all that but so many different restaurents on site your spoilt for choice. The staff are all pleasant and easy to talk to and cannot help enough.

There a numerous activities to choice and the trip into town i would recommend. Ayia napa is only a 2 hours drive away.

They have villas you can hire surrounding the hotel for the self cathering options. Some are siatuted in local residential areas and they do complain when music is played. Apart from that most of the people who live there are very nice.

Overall a good experience. A mixture of property types on the resort which set over a large area. Be warned the supermarket is expensive, though well stocked and great for convenience. We tried the Italian and Greek restaurants whilst here, More

Absolutely stunning resort. All grounds well maintained. Stayed in a villa which had the most amazing views over the resort and out to the sea. Staff are very friendly and helpful the resort too.

Was very disappointed with course we were a group of 8 & we think it we nvr got value for money every tee there was workmen on green greens top dressing them rubbishworking around the aprons rubbish could not play the course probly secret valley anyday

Played course many times, seen greens in better order, hire clubs not in great condition, layout is good with some spectacular holes .

Food great, staff great, lots to do, or not, as the case may be. Family friendly but unassuming. All inclusive. Just perfect.

Great place as long as you don't need internet. For 5 euro/day you get to share hotel's dial up connection, the slowest internet connection I have ever seen. Other than that, everything is really great.
