I've stayed in this hotel for 8 days and I must say that the experience was beyond my expectations. The location is incredible - on the beach, incredible sea views from the dining areas. The rooms are comfortable, the beds allow you for a restful sleep. The food is varied, and well cooked. The lovely attention of the staff and the owner makes you feel at home from day 1. Highly recommended and will be happy to return anytime!

Standard clean Hotel run by a family friendly staff. Nice view to the beach, the steps down the hotel take you to clean clear water with blue flag.

Nice hotel, a friendly staff that tries to help guests when possible, great location on the beach and close to Aphrodite baths, good breakfast.

Had two weeks vacation was really great. Very nice staff and very competent. We were very satisfied. Food was very excellent and always plentiful.

Great location perched over a peaceful pebble beach. Delightful (if somewhat scruffy) hotel with excellent breakfast and some of the friendliest staff we've ever encountered. Loses a star for the non-stop (even until 23.00) construction work and unsightly hard rubbish (ancient shipping containers and machinery) scattered throughout the site.

We had a reservation at this Aphrodite blessed location i guess the location and the view is the only thing related to Aphrodite and not manners.

previous day my wife, the anxious person she is, wanted to confirm our reservation since we have a newborn.

Called and called and kept calling and straight to voicemail it goes, so little did we know

Finally a 'person' answered, person in quotes because well you'll get the point

We have been recommended on ocassions to visit a family counselor little did we know that there was one for free at Aphrodite beach hotel of all places, when my wife mentioned that she has been calling and voice mail kicks in, the wonderful reply from the person/concierge/psychologist was, its none of your business if it goes to voicemail, my wife in all astonishment replied back with the obvious reply, why are you talking to me like that etc etc and obviously the person , must have been a psych major, did you fight with your husband, the conversation went on and on with the obvious q&a you would expect from such a wonderful person psychologist.

i urge everyone to try their service for free.

The last time we were staying in Cyprus (a few years ago) we already went to the Aphrodite Beach Hotel and ate there. We were very delighted by the food.

Now that we are on holliday here again we went to the restaurant of the hotel once more, since we had good memories of the food. Sadly the quality of the food has suffered alot.

It already started with the drinks. We ordered three non-alcoholic cocktails that were basically alot of sirup with a bit of soda. They were so sweet that you could not drink them, because it only tasted like pure sirup! Luckily we also ordered sparkling water so we could mix it with the cocktails. That way the cocktails could have lasted for ten people instead of three.
For starters we ordered avocado, tzatziki and a tahini dip. The tzatziki was normal, it did not taste like a alot. The tahini was not our taste. The avocado was fine.
For the main dish we ordered pork souvlaki, chicken souvlaki, chicken breast and Pastitsio. The chicken breast was very dry aswell as the rice. The Pastitsio (typicall dish with noodles) also did not taste like a lot. The pork souvlaki already looked very strange when cutting and was extremely hard and super dry. It did not look like pork at all. The person who ordered that dish did not eat the pork after trying a few bites.
I had the chicken souvlaki. It also looked strange, like it was marinated in some sort of paste. It did not taste like chicken and I was disgusted by it so I also did not eat it. We only ate the side pommes.

I also read the reviews about the food at this hotel and they are generally positive, which I don t understand since our food was very bad. I can t remember the last time we had a dinner where everything from drinks, starters and main dishes was so bad. The person who ate the Pastitsio even had to throw up at night after having bad stomach pains.
The positive things were the polite waitresses and a very very nice view right next to the sea. I have to give one star, but it would not deserve any stars.

Family run hotel, very friendly, well organized, food very tasty. We were there at the end of January (about 20 guests). We stayed in the hotel new build, good standard. Beautiful location away from possible tourist hubbub. Pebble beach. We would definitely come back.

A cute place, a friendly staff, close to the beach. We visited pre-season, there's a refrigerator in the room, but it's a shame there is no electric kettle, and a safety deposit box.

Only stayed one night to be by a wonderful pebble beach. The room had a balcony, two beds pushed together, some old plastic hangers, a mini fridge, cable tv, a/c that would work only with balcony door closed, a disconnected phone along some old Russian papers in a cabinet. Only sheets and no blankets- we used our beach towels to cover ourselves in lieu of blankets/duvets. Shower water pressure was so weak as to make it barely possible to shower. Room came with breakfast but if you like good coffee you were out of luck. Dinner was also available at the terrace of the restaurant overlooking the sea. We ordered grilled octopus but left disappointed as it was rather non-traditional, and made us double guess the creative freedoms given to a Bangladeshi cook. All staff and owner were very friendly, polite and professional.

We heard that owner's father purchased the property for a low amount from a Turk after the invasion and left the property as inheritance to his daughter who was educated at a Swiss hospitality school. As business expanded, hotel was built in such a way that balconies and facade lack good view of the sea. Rooms are connected with very little sound insulation.

If you stay here you should take full advantage of an early and easy access to one of the nicest beaches in Cyprus because within 10 min drive more contemporary and convenient options to stay abound.

We used the public bus from Paphos harbor. Beautiful sunset. Beach is a bit rocky. There is an underpass, showers, WC and a shop or snack.

I did not stay at the hotel, looking neat and clean, pleasant service and a pleasant atmosphere

It has everything you need but could do with some updating e.g. the yv doesn't work, the batteries have been removed from some devices and there's no hot water. Lovely location though and very peaceful

This is the second year I've visited the apartments (even though my family and I used to come many years ago) and all was good. The lady at the reception very nice and helpful. The prices were 30 euros more than last year ... I can understand that it was because of Covid but I would have expected that they do some changes e.g the breakfast is poor for my opinion, the same dishes every morning. I would also have expected the rooms to be refurbished to more modern ones ... Overall it was good but not value for money. The beach is 1 min on foot and is amazing.

It's right on the beach. It's got very nice restaurant, excellent service. Members of staff trying so hard to make us feel at home. Sea views - must see. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Never again. Everywhere cats hair, breakfast poor, ants in rooms and cockroaches we found. Generally from cleanliness is far behind ... Very expensive compared to the quality it offers.

Location of this hotel is really good. Receptionist was really polite and helpful and check in very fast. Rooms were nice, clean and seemed to be new. Pillows and beds were so uncomfortable and the bathroom towels were smelling awful. No hairdryer in the room. No swimming pool or garden. Frankly I expect more facilities especially for the VERY high prices!!

The beach is excellent. The room we stayed in (suite) was great with an amazing sea view. The balcony is large and beautiful but it was not exactly private. The breakfast was good and I appreciated the fact that many ingredients were sourced from their own garden and they prepared some of the matmelades, lemonade, etc. The coffee could be better. Parking is fine (with card access for residents) and the beach just a few minutes walking down the road. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner even though that was not anything to write home about.

Beautiful beach, lovely pebbles and a little island within swimming distance. I have to say athrodite beach in Cyprus used to be a lot different but it has changed and still nice. Overall very nice beach on the top of Cyprus.
Also sort of easy to get to by road and only a fifteenth minute drive to nearby shops and other beaches. .

Amazing views, sunsets, close to nature and very quiet. location not too far (5 min drive) from local supermarkets and great restaurants.

Very good hotel in the family business. Always helpful in all matters in English or German. Latsi experience without lump sum Tingelrangel. We will be back.

Superb owner and staff. This is a three star hotel that offers way more in respect of cleanliness, views, food and service. If you relish peace and quiet in a relaxed atmosphere then this the place to unwind. If you want evening entertainment, live music etc, then it's not for you. One correction on a previous entry, the beach is not rough sand, it's pebble/gravel mix. The sea water is fantastic with waves that can barely fall over most of the time. We don't have children but, like most beaches, provided children are supervised there is no problem. A great place to learn to snorkel with plenty of small fish all around you, especially if you bring some bread or similar. This is our Shangri-la.

A corner of paradise, an enchanting, crystalline sea immersed in the uncontaminated Mediterranean scrub. The staff is charming, delightful hospitality, cooking up .... atmosphere that makes you just think about being at home !!

The trip was organized with Evis Safari Jeep, we went by jeep to sea caves, lara bay, blue lagoon, bats of Afrodite.

Nice and family hotel. A warm and friendly service. Full and healthy breakfast, with own products, excellent balcony to the sea and beautiful flowers.

Nice secluded beach of rough sand. Clear water, it get deep very quick so be careful when with kids.

In our opinion, the location of the hotel is great. Directly at the sea. The beach very good.
The rooms are good size and well equipped.
The lady at the front desk very friendly and helpful.
The staff in the restaurant was also very friendly.
We like it here very much.

We will definitely be happy to come back on our next vacation in Cyprus.

Fantastic location, The hotel is situated on one of the best positions on the Akamas peninsula with wonderful views. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The evening buffet food is good and very reasonably priced, or you can order from the "A La Carte" menu. Also a good wine selection at good prices. Cleaning of rooms and all areas exceptional. A/C in all bedrooms and fly screens on balcony doors. Free Wi-Fi with excellent reception. TV in b/room with good international variety of stations. Fantastic views overlooking a lovely beach with crystal clear waters. The dining patio is superb for laid back dining with a lovely ambience especially in the evening watching the beautiful sunsets. Very quiet and restful evenings allow a total chill out. My favourite place to visit. It even has its own little church. A recent addition is a new accommodation block with excellent facilities and some disabled friendly rooms.

Very popular with walking /cycling groups and birdwatchers. The conference and seminar rooms are very good.

Perfect location if you're looking to get away. The photos don't do it justice! The rooms are really clean and lovely, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

It was a pleasure to stay here. Good price no real issues we experienced here. We Traveled all over Cyprus and the beach near this hotel is in our top 3! Hotel staff is beyond nice (including the hotel cats that wonders around). Also the hotel has a panoramic restaurant with good food you can eat at dinner. Would stay there again, recommend!

Very clean, modern, nice hotel, no frills, not more than you need. Particularly noteworthy: the absolutely friendly constant occupation of the reception and the friendliness of the whole team.

A short walk down steep steps brings you to a fantastic pebble beach with calm waters just like a mill pond. Brilliant for snorkelling especially near the rock pools and quiet with not too many people.

Friendly lady at the reception. We arrived after a long journey and we immediately got something to drink. They are very flexible and we wanted to check out a little later and that was no problem at all. There are beautiful bays close by, for example, go once to aphrodite bay which is 5 min drive from the hotel. Good beds. Nice bathroom. Good air con. Friendly staff. Immediately on the beach (the beach is beautiful) or a pebble beach but for something from 2.50 you have a bed. Delicious breakfast. Near Latchi there you can rent a boat without a license, you only need a driving license and they explain it well and it is not as difficult as it seems. The minus point was that there is no pool and no music if you want to drink something in the evening no entertainment. The shower curtain with rod and twice fallen once on someone's head so I would say that the safety for children is less. And after a week there is actually nothing left to see in the town itself, so a week is long enough.

The best cuisine in the area)) no one generously and tasty no longer fed us so heartily. Very tasty traditional dishes. But also very big!

The hotel is pleasant, the rooms are cozy, small, the balconies on the ground floor are low. They can be climbed from the street.

We understand that this is a family business, so the owners treat it like a house. This is felt in their approach and communication. Sincerely.

The beach is not very crowded, in the morning there are no people at all. When it gets dark - of course, too. Pebbles, biting fish. The sun sets over the rock. Handsomely.

Private, romantic and the water is as clear as crystal. Not too many people would know how to find this spot it's off the beaten track.

For us it has been a great experience to stay in this charming hotel 30 meters from the sea and what a sea breakfast is served on the veranda overlooking the sea cute staff courteous breakfast very good with a wide choice

Most Welcoming Hotel ever I would go back to Paphos just to stay there and eat in their very friendly restaurant. After arriving late at 10pm we were greeted by name and shown to our rooms and they kept the bar open to allow us to unwind and enjoy the views.

Aphrodite Beach is a lovely place with a charming team.

Came here while bikepacking in Cyprus. Picked it cause it was close. To my surprise, it is one of the best hotels I have ever been to, the manager was so friendly and inviting. They took care of us and our bikes and equipment, the hotel is verry bike friendly, they gave us a place for the bikes for no charge at all and helped us a lot. the included breakfast is great and the evening buffet is excelent.
But still, the main attraction for me was the staff, which was AMAZING!
