I have never left a bad review in my life, but this place is incredibly unprofessional, unorganized and they could not care less about you. Every. Single. Month. There is an issue. And they run you around in circles. They lack any concern for their customers. If you want to go a few days without your scripts every month, this place is for you.
Walgreens in various locations shows great disrespect of customers with long drive through pickup lines. Now that I am doing parents shopping too, quite an aggravating time suck. Schedule more staff.
I rejected my duke vaccine appointment because I got my first appointment here. Now they are absolutely not helpful with scheduling dose 2. I'm already past due for my shot two. Keeps telling me to try online. I'm calling them cuz online system is not working. They need to first cover the folks who need the second dose in the right time frame before putting others in the same boat ! Inefficiently distributing vaccines.
If you need to pick up something from fedex be prepared to wait for an hour or two.
Update: Nov 2020: they gave my printed photos to someone else. They don t check ID for packet pickup. Crazy!
Bad customer service and make customers feel super uncomfortable and awkward when they no longer want a product and ask to take it off the order.
I will not use this Walgreens again.
Definitely a big thanks to the pharmacy for understanding my woes due to the clear miscommunication from the Fuquay location last week of them saying my doctor didn't approve (when they did) and was willing to try and reach out to my doctor again. Got my pills on time!
Bought a fryer. It was DOA. WalMart would only exchange for a smaller one and wanted me to pay 10 bucks for the privelege
Awful customer service! Waited 15mins at photo counter, the clerk was running around looking for something and did not even acknowledge the 3 customers waiting for photos. Ridiculous! Will never go to this location again!
Really clean. Friendly staff. They do a good job of keeping the vaccine line moving.
The drive through is SO SLOW!!! I am sitting on line now. 4 people ahead of me and I have been here so far for 15 minutes. It happens every single time I come here. I don t know what s going on but they need to do something. If they weren t close to my house I would absolutely go to a different Walgreens.
