Hello. Los Lentiscos is a very nice resort. There is professional and friendly service here. Clean rooms and bathrooms. There is a swimming pool which we use every day. It is a great idea to arrange the apartments, ie the upper ones are connected by bridges with stairs leading to each side of the resort.
Just got back from a lovely week in these apartments, bed changed middle o week, towels every other day what do people expect when paying peanuts for a week's holiday apartment lovely and clean staff friendly and helpful, thank you for a good holiday will definitely return.
Affordable apartments in a quiet area. Value for money are very good

Location: Very good location very close to Ciutadella and just 30m from such spectacular coves as La Turqueta, Galdana or Macarella and still passing the Pont D en Gil where you can see spectacular sunsets.
Apartment: This has been the weak point of these apartments for us.
The kitchen is very very slow and you despair to do things as simple as a fried egg, and we have also missed such basic household items as a colander (drainer).
Television only has 4 channels that are also scattered between 1 and 27.
We have had endless battles with ants to the point of having to hang a fuet from the ceiling.
The fan was older than Methuselah.
Pool: there are two pools that are large and well located since the sun beats them practically all day.
The bar / restaurant: I have saved the best for last, the bar has raised the score of this review as the waiters are exceptional people very attentive, friendly and pleasant.
The food is homemade, nothing precooked or frozen and everything is very good at reasonable prices. DO NOT STOP TRYING THE BEEF BURGERS.
Without the restaurant staff this review would have had a thumbs down.

The apartment average one room, dining room-kitchen and terrace price too high for what it is. The kitchen in our case bad enough the glass ceramic had no strength to boil the water and the microwave broke down twice. The pool is cool and is well located for coves in forcat and brut. Otherwise it is not very there.
Cheap get away done properly, wifi works in the room if your poolside too!

Worst place to stay ever!!! AVOID COMPLETELY!! The service is the worst, staff very rude, unapologetic for their mistakes and all in all disgusting. Antonio especially is very rude and has no clue what customer service is. Moreover the manager called me 'de puta' in front of my girlfriend and my 2 friends. Will take this with my travel agent as it completely ruined our October sun. The rooms stink also and the pool is very dirty and never checked by the staff. I used it once and got otitis on both my ears. Will take legal action against these guys as they have not provided even 1% of what we were sold. Again, avoid at all cost!

Acceptable to spend a few days of vacation. Animation of the sparse complex, normal cleaning, towels are changed every two days and the apartment cleaned a bit. The pool is fine but they are passed with chlorine.
The third day a rat walked through the balcony of our apartment, we notified it at the reception desk. We left on the seventh day of the complex without being notified of any action in this regard, so we had to be with the balcony doors closed with the consequent hot.
It is located near two small coves, and with many services around, including buses to Ciutadella every half an hour.

Apartment in quite shabby condition, poorly equipped, smells like pipes, very hot and no air conditioning, poor cleaning ... the best of all the tranquility and the pool. Disappointing overall.
We were in the summer of this year and I can honestly say wonderful things about these apartments. The calm, tranquility and professionalism of the workers make it possible for you to meet your objectives of a good stay. Very happy to stay in this aparthotel. I recommend it 100%.

Spacious but frugal apartment. Without air conditioning it was unlivable in August. The complex has two swimming pools, a bar restaurant, tennis courts but all in absolute sobriety on the edge of squalor. Low price
The apartment is normal, but at night it is horribly hot. You cannot open the window because it faces the corridor to access the other apartments, the fan is small and does not give any air, the plates and glasses were dirty and greasy.
