After 13 years of working for the same company, you can imagine how shocked and worthless I felt when I was made redundant in may 2020,. Fast forward to August, when I joined Hales, joined on a Tuesday by Friday the same week I was working again.

Please be advised a particular 5 star review appears to come from the company itself as of this time has not been removed (t&c's: "Your content should reflect your genuine experience at the location and should not be posted just to manipulate a place s ratings. Don t post fake content, don t post the same content multiple times, and don't post content for the same place from multiple accounts"), but is against review guidelines here. Industries like this should have tougher regulation. Own experience is not very positive at all about as useful as a tomato teapot due to lack of contact of which evidence can be provided to show this review is genuine.
Worst agency I've ever seen. They've been welcome, supportive and lovely in begin, but someone there is completely unstable nervous. If they want to get rid of you- they will. 3 people left office in couple weeks makes sence.
Recently made redundant from a long term job, was reluctant to sign on to an agency as I ve had less than positive experiences before, found Hales on LinkedIn durning my time with them Natalie was fantastic, I could have worked every day, due to personal circumstances I turned down work, Natalie was incredibly understanding and I wouldn t hesitate using Hales again in the future.

I did not get a payment on time I spend all day on the phone with the manager Natali did not want to believe that I did not get a payment so I have to send to her screen shot to take care of my problem the second case passed 5 weeks and I still don't received my P45

An average agency they have some work in norwich, however they dont keep your cv on file very well and dont respond to job applications always.
Awful - only interested in themselves - I have temped for many recruitment agencies and this one is definitely one I would never use.

Was offered a job at a refuse center with one days notice, couldn't do it due to other commitments, filled in required information for Hales on line, not heard anything since, not even a courtesy call and this was November.
