5+ stars! Impressed is an understatement. Yesterday I visited Apache for the first time with a few of my friends. I really enjoyed the show. All the performers had beautiful voices!!

OMG!! Lets get into this food. Have you ever had purple grits!!!?? Well I did for the first time last night and they were to die for. I was a bit nervous when my server described the meal to me, but she asked me to trust her and Im glad I did... Now Im a foodie, so I'm very critical when I go out to eat. If you happen to visit Apache make sure you try their fish and grits.. You'll thank me later.

The service was on point! Nisse took care of us the whole night.. She made these raspberry margaritas and they really complimented the food. I really appreciated how she took the time to walk each of us through our bill... we read the menu earlier and saw there was 18% gratuity added to check , but she still took the time to reiterate that when we were closing out. Very often you get people trying to slam a bill in your face and not give you time to look over it. Her honesty earned her a extra tip on top of the service charge .. she really deserved it. But long story short, we'll be back to apache real soon! I hope you all have the same experience there.

Hot as hell and to expensive for what they had to offer.

Loved it, had a wonderful time. The performances were all great. Spoken word had me wet in my seat.

Hole in the wall but great talent, drinks, atmospgere, and food. Straight out of a movie.

Nice place for spoken word and open Mic live music but they fool u with the door charge. They require you to spend minimum $10 per person if you want to sit anywhere and then on top of parking there is a door cost so by time you sit diem you spend $30...otherwise its a cool place

One of my favorite places in ATL. Open mic on sundays, art on mondays, and a jam session w/ live band on wendesday. Get there early cuz seating goes really fast. And parking is 10.00 in the back. Good food.It's a fun time.. oh yeah usually only two waitresses so ur drinks

Great place if you enjoy amateur vocalists and musicians who sound like stars. The food is tasty especially those wings.

Love the Art Mondays.... I usually go when it's organized by Pangea's Garden on 2nd Mondays

Atteneded Open Mic night was great very diverse from poetry, rap and r&b. The host and hostess were very funny. Had to pay cash to get in, they really should take cards. The food was ok, the drinks were really good.

Very small but a great place for spoken word experience.

Good live music, from soul/r&b to hip hop. Food is pretty good too.

Sketchy area.. people and parking oh wait there was no where to park. Got harrassed before I even parked. then there are no refunds what a joke. I should've know.. I didnt go in. But I'd rather lose my money than to get harassed by the men outside waiting on me to park. this is not a place for women to go alone.. not even with their girlfriends. Do better!!!! have security or a better place with lights.. parking is in a back alley

Hidden gem and best Jerk chicken wings...love the ambience inside. We visited before the Atlanta United soccer game since it is very close to GA Tech stadium. We will go back to check out the live performance.

Went for Open Mic on 4th Tuesdays and enjoyed myself. Ordered the chicken quesadillas they were delicious and the drinks were good. My kind of spot.

although apache is small, the atmosphere is phenomenal! i normally go when jazz music is being performed and since it is small, you are up close and personal! the food is an ok price, i normally just get a drink and enjoy the show.

My first visit here was an eye opening experience. I loved the vibe and the mood of the atmosphere and the people were friendly. There was a lot of shock value when I first walked inside but the environment felt natural. It's a cool place to be creative with artwork. I didn't try any good but I will when I visit again!

General admission tickets mean you're STSNDING THE ENTIRE TIME!!! They pack you in a small box and the is one bathroom for both men and women because the men's was out of order. I won't be back!

Great staff and atmosphere... but it's basically located in a badly lit alley and as we squeamishly scurried from our car to the entrance we were outpaced by a large, equally frightened rat. It put a damper on the whole experience. The likelihood of returning is probably a zero!

Music was great. Good atmosphere. Didn't have any food there, drinks were a bit pricey, but I enjoyed myself. Come early, to save on entrance fee.

Great live entertainment. Top notch. The Headliner Band, Amazing. If you are cold-natured, please bring a coat. There aren't any doors. The parking lot isn't paved and it's holes everywhere. There were vendors that sold food. But always check on the website first to see who is coming. I hope that the owner(s) invest in some renovations. It desperately needs it. They have the same old "wobbly" tables and chairs from the other spot.

It WAS AWESOME..more than I thought..Had a FANTASTIC time.....

Open mic comedy host was very funny and engaging in a friendly, respectful way. Will be back soon!

Chill spot. I liked most of the performances. Take Uber if you have a nice car. My car was broken into parked half a block away.

I want to give this place a 5. I really do, but there were small things that prevented me from doing that. Starting with the good, I loved the atmosphere and the people. The venue is a little small, but surprisingly when things started moving, I forgot all about that and really came to love the intimacy. The food - my food - was fantastically flavored, but the rice under my immaculately cooked salmon was a little cold (still ate all of it though, it tasted great). The jokes will have you in stitches, the performances will keep you entertained, and it's just a great place to be when you have the time (and money) to go. But, $5.00 cheaper and slightly warmer rice, and I would have given it 5 stars all the way, haha.

Wonderfully groovy spot. Always have events and performances going on and their website keeps you up to date. Discounts for tickets purchased online. A-1 place for date night and happening spots in the city on a weekend.

I had a great time with my coworkers at Apache Cafe. The poetry slam was very entertaining and fun. It s a cozy little spot to hang and sip with your friends.

I m really disappointed in the new location! I was a regular at the old location. My boyfriend and I wanted to go listen to live music on last Tuesday, We tried to locate the the venue and it s was so hard to find. It was super dark and everything around the area was abandoned. We literally turned around after 5 mins. I will NEVER GO BACK!

The artists are phenomenal. The local talent is exceptional. Nice, and enjoyable atmosphere. Wednesday night jam is the best!

They have the best jerked wings on the planet and great entertainment nightly!

I love the new place and definitely the cause but I freaking HATE the sound system and the microphones. You would think that for a place to cater and promote indie artists, they would make sure they have good enough equipment to give the artist a fair shot at being heard. And THANK GOD they got the air conditioning fixed!!!

A small & very intimate setting. Great place for art, poetry, & music. Also really good food.

Great place to visit for live music and see good talent. Come early because space is limited and people tend to stay awhile.

Beautiful place with amazing events to attend for artists, musicians, comedians, poets, creative performers of all kinds, or folks that just want to have a night of good vibes. Many events to choose from throughout the month! I enjoy it everytime.

I really enjoy apache Wednesdays and Sundays. Good food good priced drinks. But those chairs are way too uncomfortable and hard. Please replace.

Great talent diverse crowd. Hard to find if you don't know the exact location but an outstanding experience when you locate it.

This is my first time going to this place but it definitely will not be my last. Unfortunately Waze could not direct me to it properly but Google Maps did. There's a lot of construction down there and the parking is dicey looking at best. The place is really small the bathroom was pretty clean especially considering the crowd. I attended the sex show last weekend and they were demoing BDSM play techniques... Reading poetry period. And a few other things. I had a great time with friends and the food was so so. I ordered a cheese fried chicken salad they had very limited dressing options and the price was high for what you got which was a homemade bowl of salad but a few chicken pieces thrown on top.

I had a great time fellowshipping with the entertainment and other people around the show was really good the spot it was exactly the kind of kitsch place I expected it to be. I definitely go back, but I probably stop at the varsity first. LOL you still get what you pay for but you're not paying Crazy Prices for what you didn't get.

Water dripped on us from the air conditioning unit & the manager basically didnt care. The Collard Greens were dry. However the performances were good!

I came on a Sunday. The host was nice but messed up my tables on my birthday. I waited 20mins for my drinks. My server seem overwhelmed(rella) the manager was very friendly. She seem very busy but she recovered the night very well. I didn't complain to her because she was on the floor and the bar. The food was okay. I will give them another chance. Great show.

Great venue for live entertainment. It s spacious, and had adequate seating for the event I attended. I would go again to check out some of their long-standing events. The only downfall to me was the kitchen, and the extremely limited menu. If you re vegan, your only option would be French fries. The staff was friendly, and parking was $10 across the street. Beautiful space with great vibes.

Update: I ve visited two additional times since my first review. I loved the nachos the first time when I went on a Sunday. I ordered them again on a Tuesday, and they weren t the same. I think some ingredients were missing. Tried the fish and grits and it was pretty good. I sampled my friend s salad, and it was probably the best entree at our table. Loved the roasted Brussel sprouts. Still, a good experience.

Cool place to stop in for a drink. Shady address. Politically charged atmosphere.

Good place to come and enjoy live band with upcoming new artist. The only reason they didn't receive a 5 rating is because of the waitress. 18% already included. Soooo, she wasn't very attentive to our needs. Other than that, great...great...place.

Nice chill spot. Adequate parking spaces. Could do a it better with putting a sign or something up near the entrance because it's not recognizable from Warner.

Horrified by experience. From out of town. I brought my family of 11 to this place to do open Mic. This night they weren't doing it because there was a show. It was already an hour and the show still hadn't started. I asked could I entertain the audience with one 4 minute poem while we waited. It would have been great for a party of 11 who came to support this business. The host said no. She didn't even think about it and just told us to come on another day even though we told her we were all the way from Houston and New Orleans. Oh and they had no ice for the drinks. The manager who waited on us didn't try to accommodate either

Great little, emphasis on little spot to listen to live music. Seating is limited so I would say arrive promptly. Also try to go on a night when they have spoken word (snaps fingers).

Place was hard to find. No heat inside. No food. Took only cash.....didnt enjoy it!!!!!

I love the atmosphere and enjoy the vibe each time I come to Apache. And I absolutely love the talent that's showcased. I have never had any complaints and was always satisfied...until last night. After experiencing an enjoyable night, the server that waited on my table was extremely unattentive and gave the worst customer service ever. I respect and understand the fact that she had multiple orders from a variety of patrons, but i shouldn't have to remind my server to provide multiple items that was initially requested upon my order nor should i have to wait a prolonged period of time for service. After the show came to a close, i was still looking for my server to provide the check so that we could pay for our food. Once she came with the check, I advised her that she added additional items on the check that i never received (which was an additional ranch that i never received and a glass of water that i finally received 2 hours later in the form of a room temperature bottled water). She stated that she would correct it (in an annoyed tone). Again, i had to wait well after the show was over for her to come back with the adjusted check. At this time, I left the money on the table of roughly what I should've been billed for (and without a Tip due to the poor service)and proceeded to leave. Once I was out of the door, my server followed me outside to advise me and my party that we didnt pay. We stated to her that the money was left on the table and did she bother to look before following us outside. She asked 'Are you sure that you left the money?' We then walked back inside to show her that the money was clearly sitting on the table. I then walked back outside clearly upset and embarrassed that i was practically accused of stealing. I had to walk away to avoid causing a scene. The server then tells my friend that an additional $6 was owed. To avoid any causing a scene or escalating matters, he paid the additional $6 without verifying the amount of the total bill. I have never been humiliated and disrespected in any establishment as I have last night. As I've stated before, I've always enjoyed myself each time that I've come to Apache and had a wonderful experience. After last night, a nasty taste has been left in my mouth due to the situation with the server.
