No costumer service at all. They came to measure our old fireplace in order to replace it with a new one but didn't even bother to send us a quote. We called several times and left messages, but nobody returned our phone calls. If they don't want new customers, why wasting our time? The least they could have done was responding to our messages. Looking back, we consider ourselves lucky not having to deal with this company any longer. What if something went wrong with the installation of the fireplace and they have that kind of bad (or non-existent) customer service? Guess we are lucky we went with a different company.

Super impressed with both the selection of product and the expertise that the team at Ark@Home showed. I was able to choose the style of fireplace that I like from the dozens that they have in their showroom, and they helped me figure out the right size for my home. I almost never turn on the electric heat any more.

I've tried contacting this company multiple times through their website with zero response. Guess they must be too busy to take on new clients. Take my advice and don't waste your time here.

I have recently had two gas inserts installed at our home in Victoria.The estimator and installers were amazing.There were challenges in this 100 year house.They succeeded promptly and on budget.

prefer minus star, not recommend to buy from here. My stove glass broken within warranty I write a mail to replace it, no one reply. After monthes I came to store, they promise to order, but 6 monthes later, I still do not got my glass. They ask me to wait again.

If it was possible to put a MINUS star, I would do that. Stay away from these people at all costs. I have spent $20,000. over one year trying to correct the nightmare these people put us through. Bottom line they pushed us to buy a larger gas fireplace than was suitable for the room. They then screwed up and did not supply us with a proper venting system, so had to totally redo the construction of the outside and inside walls of the house. Then when they were finally finished after six months, the inside wall was so messed up and cracking from the heat, we had to spend another $4000. installing porcelain panels to cover the mess and cracked walls. One year later we now have a fireplace that we can only leave on for 1/2 hour as it gets too hot in the room. This company avoided us at every opportunity. Would not return calls to the point we finally just gave up on them. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE.

I purchased a gas insert from them a few years ago. Every time I call to trouble shot something they are amazingly helpful. Today I spoke with Jeff who even listened to the noises it was making . Simple battery change and back in business for the upcoming winter! Five stars!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I had a fireplace installed in 2017 that recently stopped producing a flame. I just called to inquire about having someone look at it and the man I spoke with was incredibly rude. Apparently having someone come by to look at the problem isn't worth their time, as those types of servicing appointments "don't pay our rent". He then said it's probably a matter of changing the batteries in the fireplace. After mentioning that I wasn't sure how to do that, he said "well, most people don't bother to look at the user manual, which you should probably try doing". This is beyond disappointing.

I didn't get the man's name, but I spoke with him on Dec 4 at 12:45.

Our condo fireplace needed to be replaced and luckily we decided to get a quote from Rob at Ark Solar. The whole process was seamless and they organized the drywall and painting also.

Sure - perhaps "customer service" was a bit rough around the edges but I'm buying a fireplace, not visiting a spa. Salesperson put in a fair amount of effort to get things squared away; quote came in lower than the competition for exactly the same unit; installation team was courteous. Would recommend.

We bought our gas fireplace from Ark 2 years ago and love the look of it and the cozy heat it produces. The customer service was first class too! I was in the shop today to buy some glass cleaner and realized I never wrote a review earlier...better late than never! Thanks for everything. Nicky and Jamie

I visited the store and talked to some very educated staff about some quality products. Overall great experience, recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product.

my new gas fireplace just finished getting installed. I m thrilled! From Rob who went over the different models, coming out to measure for our new fireplace and setting a time for installation was all done in a professional, timely manner and without pressure. The gas fitters who came to take out our old gas stove and put in our new one we re fabulous! They were polite, very knowledgeable, hard working and really got along with each other. They didn t just install it they brought my fireplace up to safety standards by drywalling and checking before hand that there would be no drafts before installing the new one. They were so thorough and made sure I knew how to operate it and that everything was cleaned up. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole team and would not hesitate to recommend then to anyone! Thank you ark at home!

With heating costs sky rocketing, I started looking into alternatives to electric heat. With an old character home and 3 floors, the heating bill was ridiculous! I spoke with the guys at Ark and decided upon a Blaze King wood stove. My heating costs have significantly dropped (from a $1000 + every 2 months down to $300 and I made my ROI by the end of the season. That's pretty darn amazing in my books. I highly recommend ARK to anyone who is looking for quality and service. They really know their stuff.

We couldn't be happier with our new wood stove! We let the pro's at Ark at Home decide what would be the best stove for our home and the whole experience has been amazing. The service was outstanding, Stephen and Rhoades came to install the stove; they were fast, clean, very polite and easy to have in your home. Duncan came by my house after working hours to offer us an estimate and just like his team, very polite, professional and easy to have in your home. I'd recommend this team for any and all fireplace work!

I have been trying for over 1year to get a WET certificate from an installation by this company, l have called and written to Bruce with no reply, a certificate was suppose to of been provided at the time but was not, l am unable to get insurance till l have one. the customer appreciation is as far as l can see ZERO. good luck.

We are so happy with Valor Gas Fire place and enjoying the warmth of it everyday. The installing team was also very friendly and left a clean room after the installation. We highly recommend you guys!
