Most of the staff is kind but have no
Understanding of people who are detoxing. You are just another number to them. Rooms are horrible. You my as well sleep on a floor. And there is no medication to help you through the first days of recovery. No one helps you with fluids. And food is horrible. You have to buy your own from vending machines. I would recommend NOT
Going there.plus they let 2 COVID people jeopardized

Rude receptionist at the Anuvia detox center is sitting behind the counter on her cell phome and refuses to acknowledge me to let me in so i can drop something off for a patient...... This is ridiculous

Worked a program with Sophia Cole and it was honestly life changing. She is truly an expert in her field and I cannot be more grateful for the help she has provided. The whole experience with Anuvia has definitely been positive and I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent employees and management. They really care about everyone that comes here!

They discharged me from this program bc I have kids and I have to work. On top of that the counselor they had for the classes wasn't people friendly at all. She has never been hooked on anything and was very judgemental. Tons of people went to upper management to complain and nothing got done other than discharge most of us. I never fell a drug screening, yes I missed classes but that were well aware of the reasons. They called me in a meeting making it seem like it would be easy for me to get in somewhere else and get the meds I needed. They gave me a supply of meds for that wkend told me try and new place that Monday but if I needed anything else from then just give them a call. Called nobody called me back here I am a week off my meds feeling horrible can barely move. Thanks anuvia after being clean for 2 months Y'ALL ARE THE REASON I RELAPSED!!!! I wouldn't send my dog here.

Giving the rating I did for the services but as far as follow through, this place gets no rating at all!!! From mischeduled appointments to submitting documentation of IOP completion, to providing one with a final balance so it can be paid has been nothing but a nightmare... The lack of follow through is something I've never experienced..Bottom line, there's to much complacency and everyone is just a number...

The program they have for high school kids is useless, they show 0 care for these kids getting better, it all about keeping that $$$

Not a good experience and dont recommend to any females. I was 1 of 3 females that was with 30+ males. They also do not give any medications to help with withdrawing and you are required to be out of your room and sitting in lounge with all these men and women from 7am-9pm. Definitely not an environment for the sick or well.
