Antwerp House Dental Practice Review

The team with Raj from Antwerp House were absolutely brilliant. I do not think they could have done better. They gave me confidence, so much so that I actually enjoyed the almost 3 hours lying on my back. Thank you, all of you. And it was the same experience some weeks ago.

I had a routine checkup with Saz and Laura on 8th June 2018. I have got to say I think it was the best checkup I have ever had from a dentist.
They were very thorough i their approach, taking me through what they found and suggesting positive actions to some of my dental issues. They took X-rays of my teeth and took me through the resulting images pointing out the possible areas of concern and suggesting changes to my dental hygiene to address these issues.
Overall I was very please to be dealt with and spoken to like an adult which has not always been the case. Thank you Saz and Laura.

I found them by googling and decided to take my shot after reading good reviews and when I tell you I couldn t have a better experience I mean it. Dr Farzad was so caring, reassuring and detailed while explaining what was going on with my tooth that I felt like I had everything I needed to make a decision. Many doctors just pressure you to go for the more expensive option but it wasn t anything alike with him. Calm and very hygienic practice.

Fantastic orthodontists, however administration is lacking as when awaiting a callback always takes more than two to three days with no management of expectations.

Dr Kalpesh Prajapat and Nurse Armanie Johnson are a great team! They kept both me and my daughter fully involved as to why certain treatments where being used as opposed to other options. Highly recommend this dentist surgery..we have become customers now for 6 years and always leave feeling valued and extremely satisfied. Keep up the good work!

From my experiences, it has been very nice. The receptionists, doctors and nurses are very helpful.

I had been unhappy with my smile for years and contemplated having a brace. I recently had composite fillers to my front teeth and now smile all of the time. It was quick, easy and pain free. I can't thank Preeti enough for my smile.

Crown fitted last week, very professional service. Dr Louisa Lawrence advised me well on the benefits of each option and did an excellent job of matching the shape and colour of the tooth. The flexibility of this practice was also a great help as my schedule often changes at short notice and they were able to accommodate this for me.

Everyone from my dentist, L, the specialists, hygienists, and assistants, to the receptionists, are exceptional. They try their best to squeeze me in with little notice, are always courteous, and the dental staff are both very good at what they do and are so pleasant while they work their magic.

today I had a visit to the hygienist and the dentist - both excellent and would recommend the practice to anybody. They took their time to address my concerns and were very kind and reassuring. They questioned me about my overall health not just my dental health which I though was very good and I came away with printed information about my concerns.

I had a wisdom tooth extracted recently. This went very smoothly with some mild discomfort but no pain at any stage. Equally importantly, I felt I was fully informed and supported in deciding to have this tooth removed to protect an adjacent stronger tooth which was also being affected by trapped food that was very hard to remove.
Advice I had received from a previous dentist would have led to more disruptive and expensive treatment and I didn't feel they were prepared to have a proper discussion of options with me so I switched to Antwerp House following a recommendation from a friend.
I am delighted to have had a long-term problem resolved in a way I am very pleased with and with minimal discomfort along the way. My thanks to Louisa.

All staff at Antwerp house are so polite and they always greet you with a smile. i have had my braces on for 3 years and it s got them off together i have always known what my brace was actually doing to my teeth as they explain the process in great detail. Thank you !!

My daughter's who is 15 is in agony and the only way you will see her is if I pay through the nose not NHS at all they are all about the money! Shame on you!

I actually look forward to going to see my dentist! Raj is extremely professional and, supported by his capable team, is gradually resolving my dental problems in a very calm and consultative manner. Yesterday, I paid a second visit to hygienist Roberta. Over the years, I've experienced the interventions of lots of hygienists, but she is outstanding!

It has been all change at Antwerp House, with new dentists and a finally mostly completed refurbishment!

We have seen many dentists over the years and am very happy to have finally found a good healthcare professional in Dr Louisa Lawrence.

I have had a chronic issue (10 years) with a particular tooth that previous dentists have struggled to understand and through good communication, thorough examination and excellent knowledge, Louisa has identified the problem and corrected it in one session... Usually it seems that dentists are merely trying to maximise the procedures carried out and hence cost, but Louisa appears to be focused on actual healthcare. Highly recommended.

Pretti was incredible throughout my whole treatment. I ve just completed Invisalign and couldn t be happier. Pretti was amazing at explaining the treatment and gave me options during my course to make sure I was happy with the end result. This review is long overdue as I've been a patient of Dr Bose for many years. She is a superb dentist who takes extra care - so much so that I would rather travel from London to visit her than find a local dentist. She is very knowledgeable and cares about doing the best job for you. She provides you with sensible options, and recommending the best one for you. Beyond consulting her surgery skills are of a high standard also.

The best dental check-up I've ever experienced!!
Dr Louisa Lawrence and her nurse Ashley gave the most comprehensive and thorough check-up that I've had at a dentist... They were both extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.
I was kept informed as to what they were doing and why at every step.. It felt like they had all the time in the world for me and obviously care a great deal about their work, because I was treated with such respect and a genuine desire to put the patients' needs first.

Dr Lawrence is a fantastic dentist, so knowledgable and full of great advice. She puts me really at ease, even during tricky procedures. I had composites done on the front teeth to make them even which was a difficult procedure, which she did effortlessly and I was thrilled with the result. In the past I have been told by other dentists to do extra work (most likely to make more money from me) that luckily she advised me against (such as taking out my wisdom teeth unnecessarily), and I she has been proven to be absolutely right. Refreshing to get honest, accurate advice with no agenda other than making sure I have the best experience and the best outcome. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Went in for a check up recently with Dr Sunah and I can honestly say I ve never felt so comfortable and at ease. I was very anxious and apprehensive about dental treatment in general but she explained things very clearly to me, from what the treatments would be, to their cost and how long everything would take. When we started treatment she calmed my nerves and slowed to a pace where I was comfortable. I couldn t be happier and appreciate that so much. I still have more treatments to go but for the first time am looking forward to going to the dentist.

On recently switching my regular dentist to Antwerp House, I was thoroughly impressed with Louisa Lawrence and her thorough examination and approach to my dental needs. I had heard that she was excellent and I was not disappointed. I have never had such a thorough check- up/examination before! Also, having just completed my orthodontic treatment through Antwerp House, I can whole-heartedly recommend this practice. Raj Wadhwani has a superb team here, who have all the most up-to-date equipment and technology to make all your dental treatment comfortable and top-class.

I have just changed dentists. Wish i had come here a long time ago. My teeth have never felt so clean.

The service here is always very professional and almost always on time. Procedures are explained in detail. I had a tooth removed recently and it all went smoothly. I would recommend them.

I have been very impressed by Antwerp House where I've been expertly treated by Raj and by Asif, both anxious to keep my elderly teeth in good order. The dental hygienist I have seen is also very good. In addition I've found the reception staff helpful and efficient.

I took my two youngest children to the dentist this afternoon. The dentist we saw was extremely friendly, putting them at ease and even offering to put their favourite music on! He did a thorough examination and cleaned a bit of plaque off my daughter s teeth. He explained the whole procedure clearly and made her feel comfortable. I was really impressed!

Have been with Antwerp House for many years now, i guess as with many people, usually a little apprehensive prior to a dental appointment. Today was the best experience of a check up EVER! It was a very thorough and informative process, relaxed and i felt as if the dentist really cared about giving me the best treatment for my needs. I was completely blown away at how relaxed i felt afterwards, it was amazing. Thanks to dentist Sazanga and nurse Laura for such a great appointment and also i must say how lovely the receptionist was too when i booked out, didn't catch her name unfortunately. Would highly recommend this practice.

I have been a patient at Antwerp House for a couple of years now. During all my visits I have been treated by very professional dentists and nurses. Most recently I was seen by Dr Asif Ahmed and he thoroughly described all steps of the examination. After that we discussed all my treatment options and he cleaned my teeth professionally. I am very happy to be with this dental practice.

A excellent practice helpful friendly receptionist and great dentists . The work I have had done on my teeth is excellent and I have had quite a bit of it . I ve never had any problems with any work carried out on my teeth exceptional!

I should introduce this post with a health warning - I have a genuine phobia of dental practitioners. Born in the sixties, my formative teeth experiences can best be describe as 'dental experimentation'.

Dr Louisa Lawrence is exceptional in her attention to detail, her communication skills are spot on...'sensitive, informative and respectful'. The treatment I received was carefully administered, pain free and importantly for me, confidence building.

The practice is located in an easy to navigate location with on site parking. The appointment system is straightforward. Reception areas are hotel quality and I commend the treatment plan, it is good to have costs in advance.

I would 100% recommend Dr Louisa Lawrence and Antwerp Dental Practice and that is quite a recommendation from a dental phobic.

Antwerp House Dental Practice is simply superb in every possible way... staff is very friendly, welcoming and professional. I have been a patient therr for three years now and am really impressed with them every time I go there. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I had orthodontic treatment at Antwerp House and it was completed within 18months. I am so happy with my smile now and people are constantly commenting on how great my teeth look. I have always found the staff to be friendly even at their busiest.

Zero stars - Referred recently to this dentist - I declined referral as I had a bad experience here in the past. - your dentist did not treat my extremely painful tooth pain or give antibiotics- i felt let down and angry. I had to go to another dentist at brookside for emergency tooth removal for which I was extremely grateful. I then wrote a long letter of complaint to Antwerp house - no response. I changed dentists immediately.
