I stayed there for 1 night and found the room very neat and clean. Staff was also very polite and helpful (a taxi cab I asked for was waiting for me the next day at the requested hour). The hotel is also very quiet, reasonably priced and has a good location - 5 minute walk to the tube station.

Nice clean hotel. Free parking was a big plus. The snug double room is exactly that so wouldn't recommend for a long stay instead opt for a larger room here. The room cleaning was a bit slow. Very good location I would stay again.

arranged for a business partner to stay here. it was embarrassing! the rooms were not renovated.. they were in a real state. The renovation had just started, . location is good with access to Wimbledon.. and looks like the rooms are now renewed.. so should be a good option.

Generally nice, clean rooms and decent breakfast but if you're wanting a drink in the bar in the evening they do tend to get funny about it and will pull the shutters down so you have to physically go and ask them each time to open the bar.

Great location surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants and if you eat at the hotel you get 20% off. Has car parking facilities has a great deck area for summer and rooms 400+ are in the new build and there are older rooms with large balconies. Great friendly staff and comfy beds.

The Antoinette is a great little hotel. Staff are courteous and professional and the service all round is great. The rooms aren't that big but they're in decent condition. 4 stars because none of the tvs in the any of the rooms I've stayed in over the years have an HDMI input for my laptop. The restaurant across from the hotel (The Lambourne) has great food and you get a discount for staying in the hotel. The buffet breakfast in the morning is excellent too with a wide selection of breakfast ingredients. I'd say the price for a room isn't too bad considering the location, similar pricing throughout Wimbledon but nor particularly cheap.
I'd recommend The Antoinette if it appeals to you.

The Antoinette's OK, well placed, but the walls shake, you can hear people snoring in the next room, and the WiFi is annoying. However it's the best in the area, and the staff are great. The chef needs to learn how to cook fried bread tho, it's dreadful!

GOOD LOCATION - a couple of buses right outside the door:
-15min by bus to where the Wimbledon tournament is held
-9min to Wimbledon village
-5min to Wimbledon station

EXPECT NO SLEEP if your room is facing the road (ODD room numbers) - soundproofing window and door needed.

the other night, in the superior room: it was HUGE, QUIET, had a FANTASTIC BALCONY and a sofa. (I was very pleasantly surprised with the room). NO FRIDGE

Excellent stay - A hotel we would recommend, particularly with children or family. A refreshingly "human-scale" hotel compared to big brands, with a good quality/price range. The team is great and very coordinated: effective with the same sense of service and profesionalism but, at the same time, you feel everyone's personality and experience real human relationships in London, which is nice when coming from abroad. Nice and peaceful location (20 minutes by train to London with very late trains and bus). As said above, professional and nice staff, very dedicated, this from the person taking care of you when you book online but also at the reception, the breakfast team (super!) and the room service. Always helpful, trying to do their best. Great activities around for children (Polka theatre, Movie theater, London by train). Comfy rooms and beds. We really loved it!

Has improved since my last visit a year or so ago. Friendly staff, rooms clean and sufficiently provisioned. Good location for SW area, better priced than most others in the area. Would definitely recommend.

The room was small, but fully enough for single person. Clean hotel and friendly staff. The biggest problem was a hot water in the shower. I have stayed for 4 nights and almost all the times I needed to leave a cold water running for 5-10 min to finally get a hot water. Breakfast was pretty good, but after few days it becomes very boring as always same food and not much variety. The bar is closed during the night, but it can be opened if needed even in the middle of the night.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Stayed at this hotel 3 times. The second time the headboard fell on my head and caused an injury. The manager did not do anything to try to rectify this. Rooms are small, very noisy and overpriced. Service is extremely poor and staff are friendly. Do not go!

Checked in by Lev who even remembered my name the morning I was checking out.
Would stay again but would request a room at the back as the traffic noise was quite loud (I do sleep with the windows open though)

I have stayed in the other Antoinette in Kingstown, and have to say this one is similar in accommodation style but it is more in the centre of a populated area so you can go out.

I did go to the restaurant next door as they give you a 20% discount. Food was great, portions too but the staff were a little to honest.

When I was seated I was told it was warm in the restaurant but they could not open the back door due to a rat problem! I laughed it off but ....

Other than that I enjoyed my stay
