Didn't stay was there helping set up Payroll but the staff were lovely. Also great idea providing plates, knives, forks for your Deliveroo orders.

Clean tidy rooms with good facilities. TV worked very well which is good compared to other higher grades hotels that have bad reception TV's. Overall good, would stay again.
Stayed here for two night in a suite, couldn't have asked for more from a hotel.
Very dissatisfied with the hardness of the mattress - slept terribly. Air conditioning was broken and a bright green light was flashing throughout the night. Decor is dated too.
Good hotel....excellent for easy access to Central London and free parking...
Great place. Friendly staff and a decent price too. Breakfast not bad either
Good 3 star hotel in the heart of Wimbledon, London. Friendly staff. Good price / quality.
Lovely hotel great corporate spaces and the decor is amazing with really helpful friendly staff
I stayed there for 1 night and found the room very neat and clean. Staff was also very polite and helpful (a taxi cab I asked for was waiting for me the next day at the requested hour). The hotel is also very quiet, reasonably priced and has a good location - 5 minute walk to the tube station.
Nice clean hotel. Free parking was a big plus. The snug double room is exactly that so wouldn't recommend for a long stay instead opt for a larger room here. The room cleaning was a bit slow. Very good location I would stay again.
arranged for a business partner to stay here. it was embarrassing! the rooms were not renovated.. they were in a real state. The renovation had just started, . location is good with access to Wimbledon.. and looks like the rooms are now renewed.. so should be a good option.
Very nice hotel located a few minutes walk from the center of Wimbledon.
Great place for a stay staff are very friendly and nice and clean
Nice clean rooms, close to the shops and transport. Helped with directions to places, friendly staff. Only problem is room is small and no usual hotel comb & earbuds. Overall good place to stay
Clean, very small room and overpriced for what it is
Generally nice, clean rooms and decent breakfast but if you're wanting a drink in the bar in the evening they do tend to get funny about it and will pull the shutters down so you have to physically go and ask them each time to open the bar.
Great place to stay, book one of the suites, amazing.
Great for a night or two. Good breakfast service. For the money you can much more luxury if you travelled out of the area. Good if you need to be in that area.
For a 3-star hotel, this is a very good hotel. It is clean and has everything.
Extremely good service and all Covid19 laws obeyed! Would recommend in a heart beat!
5 minute walk from the station but far enough away from the main noise to be quiet. Friendly staff and comfortable accommodation.
Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, good location for theatre, own car park.
Great location surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants and if you eat at the hotel you get 20% off. Has car parking facilities has a great deck area for summer and rooms 400+ are in the new build and there are older rooms with large balconies. Great friendly staff and comfy beds.
Perfect. Great location. Great staff. Great room service, fantastic superior room with balcony so overall exceptional value. Breakfast to be avoided.
Great cost effective hotel with friendly and helpful staff minutes from Wimbledon town centre
Friendly staff and good location. Lots of restaurants and bars locally. Very helpful when needing an iron etc. Room facing the street was a bit noisy but OK
The Antoinette is a great little hotel. Staff are courteous and professional and the service all round is great. The rooms aren't that big but they're in decent condition. 4 stars because none of the tvs in the any of the rooms I've stayed in over the years have an HDMI input for my laptop. The restaurant across from the hotel (The Lambourne) has great food and you get a discount for staying in the hotel. The buffet breakfast in the morning is excellent too with a wide selection of breakfast ingredients. I'd say the price for a room isn't too bad considering the location, similar pricing throughout Wimbledon but nor particularly cheap.
I'd recommend The Antoinette if it appeals to you.
The Antoinette's OK, well placed, but the walls shake, you can hear people snoring in the next room, and the WiFi is annoying. However it's the best in the area, and the staff are great. The chef needs to learn how to cook fried bread tho, it's dreadful!
Average hotel experience, didn't stay so can't comment on the rooms
GOOD LOCATION - a couple of buses right outside the door:
-15min by bus to where the Wimbledon tournament is held
-9min to Wimbledon village
-5min to Wimbledon station
EXPECT NO SLEEP if your room is facing the road (ODD room numbers) - soundproofing window and door needed.
the other night, in the superior room: it was HUGE, QUIET, had a FANTASTIC BALCONY and a sofa. (I was very pleasantly surprised with the room). NO FRIDGE
Everything you need from a night in a hotel. Very comfortable and clean in all the right places.
Excellent stay - A hotel we would recommend, particularly with children or family. A refreshingly "human-scale" hotel compared to big brands, with a good quality/price range. The team is great and very coordinated: effective with the same sense of service and profesionalism but, at the same time, you feel everyone's personality and experience real human relationships in London, which is nice when coming from abroad. Nice and peaceful location (20 minutes by train to London with very late trains and bus). As said above, professional and nice staff, very dedicated, this from the person taking care of you when you book online but also at the reception, the breakfast team (super!) and the room service. Always helpful, trying to do their best. Great activities around for children (Polka theatre, Movie theater, London by train). Comfy rooms and beds. We really loved it!
Didnt stay was on a course but seems really tidy and well presented.
Good place, waitress very lovely, my room was in front of the street, some noises
Awful. No hot water, appalling customer service AND billed incorrectly.
Good hotel, simple, comfortable, clean and with excellent staff.
very good, my parents stayed there for a week. the staff were great and helpful especially cosmin
I would recommend this hotel very helpful staff breakfast first class bedroom excellent
Very comfy beds! Nice and clean with a big bathroom. Loved the little roof terrace too.
Good hotel where to spend a few days. Very good service
Has improved since my last visit a year or so ago. Friendly staff, rooms clean and sufficiently provisioned. Good location for SW area, better priced than most others in the area. Would definitely recommend.
The room was small, but fully enough for single person. Clean hotel and friendly staff. The biggest problem was a hot water in the shower. I have stayed for 4 nights and almost all the times I needed to leave a cold water running for 5-10 min to finally get a hot water. Breakfast was pretty good, but after few days it becomes very boring as always same food and not much variety. The bar is closed during the night, but it can be opened if needed even in the middle of the night.
Very enjoyable spotlessly clean friendly staff would definitely stay there again
Good room, good breakfast, noisy cleaners early in the car.
Basic hotel with conference facilities. Rooms are very spacious
Very nice place, friendly staff clean rooms, well priced
Great hotel. Staff very friendly. Good transport system into central London.
We didn't have our room serviced which was very disappointing. The staff were very unfriendly.
Good room. Great bathroom & shower. Staff were friendly & informative. Would stay here again.
A very good hotel. Service is great however lacks some items like proper shower gel and toiletries kit. Furniture is a bit old but still good.
Enjoyed my stay at the Antoinette when I spent a week in London. Convenient location, excellent accommodation, clean, convenient to London's surface and tube transportation.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Stayed at this hotel 3 times. The second time the headboard fell on my head and caused an injury. The manager did not do anything to try to rectify this. Rooms are small, very noisy and overpriced. Service is extremely poor and staff are friendly. Do not go!
Small room. No bath, just a small shower. Small t.v. hard bed. Noisy radiator. Can hear everything and everyone. But clean
Expensive for a small room. At least it is clean and quiet.
Nice friendly staff . Clean rooms though small are adequate for a restful stay. We didn't eat here as there is a great Italian restaurant just opposite the theatre.
A fairly pleasant and functional hotel. In the heart of Wimbledon.
It is decent and nice, but it does not go crazy. The staff was very nice and helpful. Bar well stocked. I did not use the meals.

Lovely hotel, very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Checked in by Lev who even remembered my name the morning I was checking out.
Would stay again but would request a room at the back as the traffic noise was quite loud (I do sleep with the windows open though)
Wonderful stay... Pleasant staff, clean comfortable room and walking distance to great shops and restaurants.
Cozy place, very clean aand you are near wimbledon underground station. Really good restaurant near it.
I have stayed in the other Antoinette in Kingstown, and have to say this one is similar in accommodation style but it is more in the centre of a populated area so you can go out.
I did go to the restaurant next door as they give you a 20% discount. Food was great, portions too but the staff were a little to honest.
When I was seated I was told it was warm in the restaurant but they could not open the back door due to a rat problem! I laughed it off but ....
Other than that I enjoyed my stay
Comfy and budget friendly - Needs a better breakfast though
Nice and clean, friendly staff, close to Wimbledon Central.
Lovely hotel, staff 100%, clean 100%,breakfast 100%, we had a lovely stay and will return
