Absolutely beautiful, lovely stay. Probably the best stay I've ever had! Although, it was my first time ever at a real resort. The staff was sweet- ADORED the dog in the lobby, our room was amazing and the kitchen was better than my own!! If I find myself in Vail again, I'll make sure to save up to stay here.

A nice room but we went during renovations, unknown to me until we arrived to check in, when we got there to find a small side room being used as the lobby, (under)staffed by two poor guys who were trying to deal with unhappy guests and temporary workspaces

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The view from our 4th floor balcony overlooking the river was spectacular. The condo's layout was good for the amount of space, very clean, nicely decorated. The bed very comfy, had the window cracked open so we could hear the river below. Also really enjoyed the gas fireplace. We found the staff very friendly, and attentive. Would, and hope to, return soon!

Great lodge. Very close to the ski resort/lifts. Room is spacious. Amenities are awesome: dishwasher in-room, complimentary usb adapter for charger, complimentary tote bags and water bottles.

The only con was our room wasn't made when we got to it. Housekeeping hasn't cleaned it up, so we had to wait for that.

We had some pretty negative experiences here this last weekend, particularly with engaging with front staff, pool opening timing, but also with the condition of the place we rented. When I called to talk to the staff as follow up they noted everything we shared and apologized in a very kind way. However, they did not offer to make it up to us by trying again with a free night or discount. That was disappointing and I feel they should have offered something to reconcile the experience.

What more can i say? Exceptionally accommodating with outstanding units and services. The location is almost as good as it gets....the only better would be on the slopes. I only wish I had discovered their village shuttle service earlier in our stay. I would highly recommend.

This was our second time at Antlers and we always have a great experience. The rooms are spacious and clean with balconies overlooking the creek with views of the mountain. Hot tub and heated pool are lovely in summer. Convenient location to pick up the bus or nice walking path into Vail Village. Friendly staff and a very nice place!

We loved our stay! The suites were very modern and well furnished! A beautiful pool with two hot tubs and right off a babbling river. Plenty of activities to keep you occupied! From bike riding and nature trails to mini golf and gondola rides. Lots of very cute shops and restaurants. Highly recommend Blue Moose Pizza!!!

I highly recommend Antlers to anyone planning a visit to the Vail Valley. As a former Vail local, and just recently having booked our wedding room block with Antler's, I can say that it's one of the best places in town. The property has a perfect creek-side location in Lionshead, and the most beautiful pool hands down! The units are spacious and beautifully appointed, whether you're looking for a small unit or a nearly palatial 4-bedroom condo. We had lots of families with young kids who loved the convenience of the larger units and full kitchens, and a few groups of younger guests who loved the creekside pool and hot tub. But above all, it is the staff that makes us so loyal. Whether you're just staying for a quick weekend or planning a big, important event or reunion (as we were) - the team at Antler's truly makes it a breeze to plan your stay. They were so timely in communications with us; accommodated special requests; and our guests who stayed there loved the welcoming and warm Antlers hospitality. I find Antler's unique for being so centrally located and with such updated, beautiful amenities, but the team and the incredible service are the reasons we'll be loyal guests for a long time to come!

Upon checking in, I was told parking was included for free by the front desk attendant. Great! Not. Looking over my credit card statement, I was charged $50 per night for parking. $100 total. After speaking with management, he told me I would not be refunded and this is part of their policy and began justifying the parking rate by other rates in the area. Talk about poor customer service. Be aware!! Will not be staying here again.

The Antlers conference facilities far exceeded our expectations in both comfort and with its state of the art technological capabilities. We held a two-day corporate strategy retreat that comfortably hosted both those attending in person and via remote access, resulting in a very productive meeting. Additionally the catering and service was top notch. I will definitely go to the Antlers for both business and personal needs in the future so that I can fully enjoy all of its wonderful amenities.

This was my family's first experience at Antlers. It was totally awesome. I would highly recommend for several reasons. The people are friendly, the location is perfect, it's very clean and the service is great. The price was also very attractive during our visit.

This was our first trip to Vail and Antler's was a great place and they provided phenomenal customer service!!! Fantastic location. Everyone is very outgoing and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Beautifully appointed 2 br condo with 2 large bathrooms, large kitchen, dining area, living room, balcony, etc. We stayed at end of August and only issue was extremely warm bedrooms, even when in low 50s outside. There's no AC and the bedroom windows opened to active outside walkway. Couldn't really keep window open or not have shades down+curtains drawn. Other than that, very very nice.

Let me start off by saying I love this hotel so much that I'm writing a review while I'm still here!! The staff is great!

The reservation process: We called them directly due to having a pet (but you can always book online). I found that they were having a deal online that wasn't mentioned on the phone and when I brought it up, they were more than willing to give me the same price! The reservation process went so smoothly and my absolute favorite thing is that they have all the rooms pictures on their website. They gave us our room number and we were able to view the exact room before arriving!! They have the cheapest pet fee in town (I think), $25/night, and parking was FREE for one car! Some places charge over $50/night for parking which can really add up. There's no hidden fees with the price they give you, which I appreciate a lot!

The stay: Check in was pretty easy. Great COVID19 precautions were taken and front desk was super nice. Parking garage is a bit small so I would watch out for that. The lobby is what I dream my living room to be in the future. They gave step by step instructions on how to go to the garage-elevator-room. When we arrived to the room, our TV wasn't working and when we called front desk, they came so fast and helped fixed it (we kept our distance of course bcuz COVID). The next morning, our first floor bathroom locked by itself and when everyone left the room, maintenance came and unlocked it for us!! I even got a text from the front desk, Chris, about free ice cream coupons!!! I haven't picked them up yet but I will before check out for sure lol. We checked out a couple free bikes that the hotel offered which saved us money from renting one outside. The room is a great size and the view of the mountains makes waking up early worth it! It has a fully equipped kitchen which is great for making our own meals.

Overall this hotel is perfect and I'm already planning on staying here again next time I come back. Staff is super nice and there's also a dog name Piper at the front sometimes!!! If anything happens (which I doubt will), I will update this review. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place.

Yikes. Front staff was nice but told me normally they would charge me $50 to park downstairs because I paid for my room with AMEX points. Our condo was for sale for $1.6 million and it was in rough shape. Faucets where only hot or cold worked, tough to shut bedroom doors because carpet was too high, a dryer that sounded like it was going to explode, no AC and couldn't open bedroom windows because of the new lobby construction. They also charged my credit card for the nights stay even though I paid with points, called them and got hung up on, called back next day and they said they would fix it and four days later so had to open a dispute. Was really disappointed with the stay because our first five days in Vail we stayed at Lodge at Lionshead and loved it.

Great customer service. Had a hot water issue not stay fault but did all they could to try to accommodate. Great location unfortunately a few things could have went better for my parts.

Maybe we were spoiled at our last condo, but hot tub temp was like a lukewarm bath. Kitchen knives might as well been butter knives. Called the desk to help with lowering the temp in the condo. Was told to open a window . Floor was dirty, counter tops not clean. Just overall disappointed. Won t be back.

We have been staying at The Antlers at Vail for 10 years now. Every year the stay gets better. They are always improving either the facilities or customer service! We arrived this year and given our favorite room over looking the river. You are a two minute walk to Lionshead which is great for food or shopping. Being able to grill steaks on the gas grill out on the deck or cook a breakfast in the great kitchens you can save money on dining out. If you want to relax the pool and two hot tubs are the perfect way to unwind and let the world wash away! We will never stay anywhere else in the Vail valley!

Antlers continues to exceed all expectations! We just spent our Tenth Anniversary at the Antlers and the staff was amazing. When we checked in they greeted us by saying Happy Anniversary. Thank you Antlers at Vail for always making us feel at home and part of the family!

Great place to stay. If you don't mind walking 3/4 of a mile, its within walking distance of Vail Village. There's also a bus that runs frequently. Pool and hot tub with a nice view.

This place is just the best! Full kitchen is what I loved the most about it. A lot of places happen to be expensive when looking for a place to eat. So that really helped save money. This last weekend was our second time at Antlers at Vail and we will definitely be going back again and again!!! Plus the hot tubs!!!!!!!!!!

I have been visiting the Antlers for many years and it is always an enjoyable experience. It really has become my home away from home. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and I absolutely love the hot tubs. The room I always get backs against the river and my dog Sparky and I always enjoy walking around the Gore Trail and the close proximity to all the restaurants.

Good attention
The place was in repair, a lot of dirt
To get to the room I had to walk about 100 meters

My first night in Vail was much too quiet.

My first night in Vail was much too quiet.

I was all checked into Unit #308 at the Antlers and I was all tuckered out after a long day of meetings and introductions.

I turned off all the lights and climbed into bed when I was struck with the most deafening kind of silence. The room grew so quiet I was actually frightened.

Back in Brooklyn, where I live, I have become used to a lot of noise. A quiet night for me involves ambulances, honking horns, and drunk teenagers. Most nights I have to sleep to the manufactured sound of falling rain or ocean waves just to drown it all out.

So to lie in bed, in pitch black nothingness, with only my thoughts was a bit scary. I searched Diane and Jeff s unit for something, anything, that could relieve me of the horrifying soundlessness. An A/C unit? A fan? But there was nothing.

That s when it came to me: the perfect noise machine was just outside my window. I rushed back to the bedroom and cranked open the glass. The raging Gore Creek flooded the unit.

I crawled back into bed, finally at peace. Falling asleep to the sounds of the river became one of the greatest moments of relaxation during my week at The Antlers. I don t think I ll slept that well again for a long time.

Everything incredible, from service to amenities. 4 stars because there were some issues in our condo: refrigerator light out, cold water wouldn't work (obviously not critical), and salt / pepper shakers missing. The TV quality is pretty staticky. Once again, none of these issues are important, but factoring them in I would have to rate the hotel a 4 out of 5- almost perfect!

Had a wonderful stay this summer at the Antlers. We had a one bedroom with bunk beds and my boys loved the bunk beds. The bedroom was nicely furnished and the kitchen was huge and nice. The location is awesome as you're two minutes from the Lionshead square with great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!!

Plenty of room. Fully stocked kitchen. How tub and pool. Even the coffee comes with a grinder. Overlooks a river and hiking paths in the summer. Close to the lifts for the winter. Super reasonable price considering it's got enough to function as a complete home

We loved our stay here. It was our first time in Vail and at Antlers at Vail, and we will definitely be back again. The rooms are great and I love how spacious they are. We also traveled with our dogs and the rooms were big enough so that they wouldn't go stir-crazy (like in small hotel rooms). There is also a wonderful trail and river that Antlers is on. We walked on it multiple times!

The location is great and the room was fine. The bed was really terrible. Very hard mattress and poor quality linens & pillows. They have mattress toppers that help, but you have to explicitly ask for it.

First time in Vail and we had a lovely experience here! Wonderful service and such a great location on Gore Creek. Our one bedroom condo was cozy and inviting - so much better than staying in a bland, corporate hotel room. The balcony faced the mountains, which was a real treat. Hot tubs by the pool are AMAZING. Seriously, most powerful jets I've ever experienced!
