Antietam Review

Very disappointing, I ve been with Antietam close to 4 years and have dealt with all the downs with the company but this is absolutely the worst service ever. I called to update my service, took part of the day off because the technician was suppose to come between 8-11 am. The technician was suppose to call first received no call for COVID screening or for the 30 minute window. The guy shows up my daughters answers the door and tells him I m going to get my mom she will be down in a minute. I come downstairs and he s gone. Looked at my ring he literally walked off after talking to her. Called dispatch to find out they never updated my number which was requested when I updated my services. Also that they have no idea when he will be able to come out again but I will get a call. Me being a working professional I cannot wait around all day for a service when I have to be at work. No consideration at all for customers. If they don t want to do their jobs then they shouldn t be working. If I decide to take my services else where it affects the company, the sales agent that assisted me because they are commission based and other factors as well. They need to do better and hire quality people.

Worst internet experience ever. Yeah the internet is fine but overpriced and lack of ability to return equipment free of charge!! I wish I had another internet provider-Danielle Y of Hagerstown, MD

Adequate at best. Not good service. There are a lot of slow periods and some outtages. Not enough competition to switch companies otherwise I would seriously consider doing so. It s sad when my cellphone LTE service is better.

Worst internet service ever, but what's even worse they are running misleading adds on Google trying to trick potential Hagerstown Fiber customers into buying their ( Antietam Cable) garbage internet packages. I know this because I almost fell for it.

Cashed my bank draft on 2/12 and the money was removed from my account. Due date was 2/15. Next month I get a bill with a late fee for the 2/12 payment. Date on new bill was dated 2/15. Just your friendly neighborhood gangsters at work.

Now that we are 100% capacity, yet we still have to wait a half hour in the drive thru to make payments and lobby is still closed! Get your stuff together. Not making a phone payment cause u have to pay extra. Nice try

I wish I could give zero stars, but sadly I cannot. I have never seen a worse internet provider anywhere. Antietam Cable experiences random outages, which has caused me to run into trouble several times while taking exams. I cannot emphasize enough how terrible their internet speed is. If there ever becomes a new internet provider in the area, I will certainly switch because there is not a chance they could be worse than Antietam Cable.

I don't even know what the point of having Wi-Fi is when I can't even watch a video in 360p without lag. 360p! My task manager is always a rollercoaster of the Wi-Fi peaking and there are outages so often that it is now an acceptable excuse for school to say I couldn't upload an assignment because of my Wi-Fi. Forget multitasking, there is no way you are going to be able to play a game online with anything else running in the background. Additionally, if we have more than two people actively using Wi-Fi, no one is getting anything done. Once again, it is not my computer, it happens to the whole family, neighbors, everyone, and its very clear by checking any of our task managers that the issue is just our Wi-Fi connection.

You choose a plan and then pay more to get high speed...
The service can be more better..I would rate 5 if the internet is not intermittent.
