Very disappointing, I ve been with Antietam close to 4 years and have dealt with all the downs with the company but this is absolutely the worst service ever. I called to update my service, took part of the day off because the technician was suppose to come between 8-11 am. The technician was suppose to call first received no call for COVID screening or for the 30 minute window. The guy shows up my daughters answers the door and tells him I m going to get my mom she will be down in a minute. I come downstairs and he s gone. Looked at my ring he literally walked off after talking to her. Called dispatch to find out they never updated my number which was requested when I updated my services. Also that they have no idea when he will be able to come out again but I will get a call. Me being a working professional I cannot wait around all day for a service when I have to be at work. No consideration at all for customers. If they don t want to do their jobs then they shouldn t be working. If I decide to take my services else where it affects the company, the sales agent that assisted me because they are commission based and other factors as well. They need to do better and hire quality people.
