Food was good but when check came I was blown away. I asked for the gnocchi entree add chicken and sausage to it so it came with protein. Well the dish ended up being $62. Not worth it at all
Awful service. Took two hours for food (just pasta), drinks were not refilled, server on phone, had to raise our hand in order to get checked on by server, our table was in the back behind the kitchen (in a storage closet basically), and paid 65 dollars for all of that. If you have a large group I highly DO NOT recommend. Doesn t even deserve 1 star. Just do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else!
As a person who lived in Italy for more than six years, I can honestly say that this restaurant offers really good, genuine Italian food. The service was excellent and the wine selection superb. Highly recommend!
Everything was so salty. Especially the risotto and crab pasta. I was really unimpressed and unsatisfied with the portion size compared to price. There are way better Italian places in Atlanta for this price point that serve food that is better seasoned. Don t waste your money here. The Florentine cake was good though, so they gain back a star for that.
This restaurant was recommended to me by client of mine. I went on a Friday night. The restaurant is in an orange house. You do have to valet beside the restaurant. They had a special menu with black truffles. I had the scallops and pasta with black truffle. It was amazing. They have a good wine list. They serve you bread and a plate of just really good olive oil without any herbs. We also had the grandma s cake for dessert which was great. We shared the crispy potatoes and the asparagus which I would also recommend. The restaurant was cozy and quaint and not too fancy.
Let me make this simple. Anything that says best in the city is absolutely the best in the city. Can never go wrong with octopus app, chicken or veal entree.

Thanks Antica Posta for a great New Year's eve meal
My family and I have been coming to Antica Posta for many years now and each experience has always been absolutely incredible. From the authentic food to the beautiful selection of Italian wines, this is hands down one of the very best restaurants in Atlanta. The staff is always warm, caring, and extremely knowledgable. I am transported to Italy every single time I dine at Antica Posta!
Good food and good service, the tables are a little close together so it is very noisy during the dinner rush.
