For an organization that is based on the business of people. I would in no way feel comfortable with saying that they are person centered. In all my dealings with ACCAP they seem to do everything they can, to not communicate with people in a personal manner. If the time comes where there actual is a phone call or face to face then it is very quick and as impersonal as possible.

Very helpful for answering questions about so many things. The staff is very talented at finding answers. It is wonderful to have them in the area.
ACCAP has really good programs and helps people with references.
Anoka county community Action program have very respectful employees that helped you with all the needs necessary. if you don't have an appointment there is normally a wait but if you only dropping paperwork it doesn't take that much time. and remember you can always do any applications you want online which is way faster.
The secretary was very polite and informative. She was able to help us get all the paperwork that was needed for our assistance.
I have called them several times looking for help and all I ended up getting told they have nothing and give me more numbers to call.
Lots of resources and networking through here to help life get a little bit easier
