Truely disgusted, last time I accept a load from here. im tired of being treated like garbage from the guards. And theres a middle aged to younger woman, I did not catch her name is the absolute rudest, horrible guard ive ever dealt with. And God forbid a distributor would know how to load a trailer, if your 2 or 3 pallets under normal its all getting shoved in that nose overloading the drives 2,3,4000#s. Then they really act as if its your fault, only to make you literally wait hours to slide some pallets back. Makes no sense to have an already loaded trailer that they messed up wait . It must be all that pot in CO now, the incompetence of these guards and loaders is through the roof.

I arrived at 02:00 for a 03:00 appointment. Got a door immediately upon checking in. Loading my trailer took about 3 hours and 30 minutes which was pretty good from the reviews I read. I was a little heavy on my trailer but I went back around and adjusted my tandems and scaled again and was perfect the second time. Checking out was easy. Little security Lady was nice. Almost 4 hours altogether which is not a bad place to me.

Stopped by today (06.19.19) to see the Clydesdales and loved them. But....we should have cut our visit with just that and then this review wouldn't be "two star". Silly us - we stayed for a beer. To be clear though.....we never even got the chance to have one. We sat at the outside bar.....and sat.....and sat. The bartender did everything humanly possible to avoid eye contact. He walked back-and-forth trying to look busy but clearly wasn't. We waited quite awhile as he avoided us multiple times.

Sorry guys....but not to even get a "hello" or a "be with you in a minute" from your employee representing your company just doesn't fly. We quietly left and took our business elsewhere.

ABInBev, unless you put a better "service" foot forward (we are locals and this is how our visits here typically go) you'll continue to wear your low star review badges on Yelp and Google. You have a beautiful facility, gorgeous horses, and an impressive tour....but you continue to fail at the basics - customer service.

Our tour guide, Tiffany, was the best tour guide! She made our day so fun and interesting. The staff at the Budweiser Brewery are all so nice and funny, as well. We loved spending the afternoon there.

The security check in and out is most ridiculous I ve seen so far, driving almost 5 years...
they expect you to slide your tandems correctly otherwise they will not give you paperwork.
They make you get off the scale fix your tandems and go back in line again for about 45 min so you can check your weight again... this ppl are out of their minds... if get a confirmation with this address... I m calling sick.

I'm a loyal Coors guy, born and raised. I still remember the field trips we took in school when I was a kid - back then that was ok I guess. But over the years, the Coors tour experience went downhill. This tour puts the Coors one to shame. It was over an hour long, our tour was knowledgeable, and of course free beer samples - I paid the $5 for full size samples, well worth it. They even have a full lunch menu. Bonus that the Clydesdales we're there. One of the better beer tours you can take.

Most terrible service i'v ever seen. Bring food, water and a huge amount of patience because you will spend next 24+ hours here. If you picking up prepare for overweight and reload. I feel like a hostage.

This building, grounds and tour experience are fantastic. Free tour available; but recommend the upsell for a larger glass. All of the negative reviews are for the docks which have nothing to do with the tour. Bring your friends and a "designated driver" your gonna need em. I've been here a handful of times and only seen the clydesdales once. They tour the country so call ahead if your looking for them specifically.

Not exactly what we had expected, there weren't any of the Clydesdale Horses, not one. You have to pay for the train ride and any food items, which aren't inexpensive. The snow man couldn't be blown up because of the wind that evening. Their close to the Wyoming boarded!! Shouldn't they expect some wind?? Just a thought..

Very cool free tour. You can upgrade your drinks to full size for $5. Our tour guide was awesome and very knowledgable. The only thing is that the clydesdales were traveling and not there.... But we saw their stables anyway. Definitely something to do if you're in the area.

I think Budweiser could do a lot better with lights. None of the trees near the back have lights. There is a lighted trail that leads you to a gazebo in the back but it suddenly.stops and there are no lights surrounding it. It would be better if it was a loop with lots of lights. Last year the hot chocolate was free and now they charge for it. They also had hot apple cider last year, which was nice for our vegan family, they don't have that anymore.

Terrible!!! This place wasnt even busy (per security). Only a few trucks in docks, most truck traffic was drop & hooks.... So other than laziness, why did it take them 5hrs. (4hrs. actually in dock door) to unload what took the shipper only 35min. to load? There's no excuse for a company to abuse driver's time like they do.

I dislike beer. I absolutely *hate* Budweiser. I was completely convinced that I was going to want to stab my own eyes out by the end of this tour.

Oh how wrong I was. It was *fascinating*!

It was winter, so we didn't get to see the horses, but we did see their stable (which was surgically clean), their gear (which was polished to a high sheen), the cart and the grazing fields, which were large and very well kept.

Then we went into the brewery for the tour. Our tour guide was very young and clearly had been through extensive training, because several of us in the group asked some very specific and pointed questions, some of which were clearly very unusual, and she knew the answers to all of them except one (and she found out the answer for that one by the end of the tour). The entire tour was amazing; the facility is huge, very clean, and well laid out for tours. It really was an awesome experience.

Then they brought us to the Biergarten for some complimentary beer tastings. They gave us the two seasonal beers, both of which happened to be craft beers and were QUITE good, and we were allowed to select two of the other beers (out of a total of 18) that they had on tap. (I think you were allowed to get more if you paid, but I was driving so I passed on that). The gift shop, conveniently located next to the Biergarten, also had the option of buying individual bottles of beer, so I did avail myself of that option.

All in all, it was an excellent experience. Especially when you consider how convinced I was that I was going to be completely miserable, and that just wasn't the case. I was fully engaged, entertained, and educated the entire time.

I STRONGLY recommend this tour to anyone in the area. Even if you don't like beer!

I love this place but: on a busy day, please don't deny me the food that I want to eat that is listed on your menu. Or at least tell me if it isn't available that day somewhere BEFORE I order it.

As a Colorado resident for the last 35 years, we have never been to the Budweiser brewery for a tour. We have done THE OTHER tour several times as we live in Golden. With family in from out of town, we took the drive to Fort Collins to tour Budweiser. It was a fabulous tour, we learned Budweiser brews a heck of a lot of beer!!!. Our tour was topped off with a visit to the Biergarten for some refreshments and they did not disappoint. RALPH was out bar keep and he represented Budweiser with great heart and enthusiasm and made sure we enjoyed our visit. We couldn t have more pleased with his service, his company his professionalism and his knowledge representing Budweiser. Ralph topped off our visit with such class and service, we will be back. When you visit the Biergarten, be sure to say hello to Ralph, you ll be happy you did.
Our only regret? Not having enough time for lunch, food looked and smelled awesome. Make time for lunch when you go.

Tour guide was very friendly. Told us fun stories of what it's like to work there. She did an amazing job. It was a windy day bit so worth the time spent. Don't forget testing some of the freshest budweiser in the building.

Lots of room here for Driver might take awhile to get loaded sometimes but not a bad facility .
But to the Driver that thinks they take too long to load trailers or get mad about a couple pallets there is not a human loading your trailer it's all robotics that's why if you have to get a load adjusted it takes so long this facility is all automated on the inside.
