My aunt and I ordered spaghetti. We had to send it back twice. It was not cooked. Then replaced it with lasagna and it was cold in the center. The waitress was kind and apologetic. Then the owner came over and everyone at our table was shocked at her rude and condescending tone. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I usually have a great experience here with good food and friendly service. However, the last time I was in with my family we waited almost an hour for a table and just as long for our food - which was stone cold when it finally made it to the table. They were rude and didn't do anything about getting us replacement food. Haven't been back since.

An unexpected gem. Service excellent! Food simple yet superb. You won't regret trying it.

Good food. Tough to compete in Youngstown with so many good options but I would come back just for the spicy Cajun chicken dish.

This is my absolute favorite Italian food. Sets the standard for wedding soup, greens, peppers in oil, red sauce, and tiramisu. Love their emerald pasta

The food here was just average. We waited close to an hour after ordering to get our food. We have so many Italian restaurants in our area you can find somewhere better. A young girl was our waitress who was very sweet, but some of the older women stopped by to get our drink orders or help carry out the dinners (we were a party of 6) and were extremely rude. One woman picked up a dirty plate and dropped the dirty utensils on my uncle and couldn't even apologize. It's doubtful I'll return.

This place is ran very poorly. The owner is a world class jerk and a liar. I would stay far from this place and if starving just go past this place. The owner should learn to operate a business like a normal person and not a shyster.

Italian staples, well done! Atmosphere is a bit on the bright/cafeteria side. Would be super cool if they dimmed the lights and added ambiance.

Beware of catering services. Prices are SUBJECT TO CHANGE even after putting down your deposit to secure your event. Also, food was delivered and a side dish was missing entirely. On the positive side the food was delicious but unfortunately I will no longer be eating their food!

I like it. Most of the time the food is reasonably priced. I like the cheifs style of cooking. Most of the time the food is tasty. I just can't stand the wait for the main dish. They need more help with cooking food.

Always have a delicious meal here! Love that we can make a reservation and not feel hurried while dining! The most amazing desserts too!

This is restaurant is a gem. Their food is delicious! Our waitress was kind and always available. She checked on us often. Three of us went together and chatted for a couple of hours. We felt right at home right next to the fireplace. We ended our evening with the most delicious raspberry cheesecake. I will be back with my family to enjoy another meal.

They came are table and told us we had 20 minutes to finish our meal because they needed the table.we came in at 5 pm and at ten to six they told this. We usually go in at 5. I think it was roud to tell someone had finish our meal in 20 minutes. I will never go there again.

Always has great service but they are always out of the veggie burger so they should take it off the menu.

Had a wonderful meal of Blackened Walley and Shrimp Scampi tonight. It was done perfectly and beautifully presented. Delicious meal and wonderful service.

The last two times I ordered carry out they forgot the salad. But the food is very good. Closed on Sundays and Mondays and only half day on Saturday.

I wish they had gluten free buns but the excellent gluten free crust on the pizza makes up for it!! Our server, Taylor, said they have made to order Chocolate Volcano Cake but I'm too full to eat it... I will be back, this place is awesome!!

Food is good. However, the owner cooking sees us there every single week but never ever acknowledges us...walks right by...no hello, no how is everything...no nothing...week after week after week. Lots of money spent here over the last 12 months...seriously thinking that perhaps our $'s need to go elsewhere where good customers matter.

Wish I had gone here earlier since moving to Canfield. Phenomenal wedding soup and Italian cuisine, homey atmosphere and experienced servers.

Wait staff lack etiquette but have basic skills necessary for the job. Our party was seated at a dirty table with bread remenants spread all over (this is concerning considering we are currently facing a pandemic). The towel to wipe tables was on the floor where it remained for at least 10 minutes . Will not be returning and do not recommend. Food was subpar with an exception of the soup. Attitudes of managent (possibly ownership) were unprofessional and also concerning.

Nice staff. That s not authentic Italian sorry! Not good When your claiming something your not! Your better off going to commercialized Olive Garden! I can list 100 Italian restraunts in Youngstown Cleveland Akron with much better Italian food!

The food is Amazing!!! This is not a large franchise, simply a "mom and pop" kind of place, with food that makes you feel like you are in Italy. The ambiance of the restaurant is that of a quaint bistro with low lighting and where you can see the bustle of the kitchen. I love this place.!!!
