Angel MedFlight opened a whole new world for my 87 year old father. He had been waiting for over two years to move with his son to his new home on the lake in his home state of Michigan. He's survived COVID-19 and lung cancer but his health issues wouldn't allow him to fly safely on a commercial flight. We contacted Angel MedFlight and they literally saved the day. They arranged transport from his bed in Arvada, Colorado to his bedroom on the lake in remote Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Dad was thrilled to travel "by bed" in his 'flying ICU' and was on the ground in 2.5 hours. The whole family watched the flight on FlightAware and literally cheered when they touched down! The entire crew was extremely attentive and caring. Jay, Jimmy, Ranny and the 2 pilots gave 110% attention and care to Dad. Stephen coordinated our flight and was top notch. Dad now wakes up everyday to his view of the lake. Thank you, Angel MedFlight for making his dreams come true. You truly are angels.

My son was involved in an accident in South Dakota and was paralyzed from the mid-chest down. He needed to be transported to Dallas to Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation and this was the only way possible. I compiled one email and Angel MedFlight took it from there and made the process as seamless as possible. They arrived at 830am and we landed in Dallas at 1:20 pm on a flawless flight. We were transported to Baylor in an ambulance and then the Angels disappeared because you see, it wasn't about them, it was about the patient! Wonderful experience!

The entire crew was AMAZING! The coordination from both of the Medinas was amazing, and Kelly continued contact throughout the day to ensure we made it in time for my son s transplant evaluation. The flight crew that arrived just loved on my son from the moment he was picked up until we were safely inpatient, and took a huge weight off our shoulders knowing that he was in the safest hands.

The love and compassion that was shown transporting one of my newborn twins to another Nicu was simply amazing. I was scared of my baby flying, but you guys quickly put my fears to rest. The care team was compassionate, caring and took their time moving my husband thoughtfully and carefully. Even though the plane ride was under an hour, they asked him if he'd like to empty his bladder before the ride. They assisted him in the men's room and waited patiently for him until ready to get back on the gurney. So thoughtful and thorough. Each aspect of the transport was seamless and well executed. My daughter needed to be flown to Denver for ICU care. I was not aware of Angel MedFlight and when we received the news that we qualified for this gift we were so blessed. The nurses were excellent and the preparation by Stephan was so professional. My mother's heart was deeply cared for while my fragile daughter was being monitored and cared for as we traveled. The flight was smooth and the landing was gentle, I felt angel wings carrying us. This service is remarkable and everyone needs to know about it. From the initial telephone call for help transporting a patient, through the scheduling and actual transport, each member of the team was professional, responsive, always answered telephone calls promptly with accurate and up to date information.
