The entire crew was AMAZING! The coordination from both of the Medinas was amazing, and Kelly continued contact throughout the day to ensure we made it in time for my son s transplant evaluation. The flight crew that arrived just loved on my son from the moment he was picked up until we were safely inpatient, and took a huge weight off our shoulders knowing that he was in the safest hands.

On our flight back home, the team worked hard to make sure we got to bring our son home in time to experience what very likely will be our last Halloween together. We truly cannot thank this company enough for the incredible work they do during the most stressful, time sensitive, emotional times.
