This company does a poor job of getting and filing your personal insurance information. They got a lawyer and filed suit for payment when all they had to do was file my insurance and they would have gotten paid. My insurance paid 100% to the hospital, the doctor, and all my physical therapy, and would have paid these people IF they would have filed their paperwork. You must call these people and give them the insurance information after your procedure is done. I will NEVER use this group again!

The anesthetists of this group are superb. However, their billing group is HORRIBLE! The statements are never mailed. I have had 2 surgeries, 2019 and 2021. I only learned I owed on my 2021 surgery on 4/7/21 when I received a collection letter for my 2019 procedure balance!!! Really, is this efficient? Terrible management in the billing department. Oh, and their phone survey only allows the patient to select a favorable choice. When I selected 1 for "I am not satisfied my questions are not answered", the computer took me back to the prompt to select 1 or 2

Whoever is running the billing department must be the absolute biggest idiot in the world. Save all of your receipts because if you pay them, they will say you didn t and then they will send you to collections and try to get a judgement against you.

Unfortunately you won't see this review before ever hearing of AMG, like me, you won't have a choice in the matter will get your healthcare procedure done during which some AMG provider will do their part and then the billing fun will begin.... These people do not want to work with you. They just want your money ASAP and will do whatever it takes to get it. They have a lawyer that you will hear from within just a few months of your procedures and will do nothing but set court dates with the sole intent of getting one where you won't show up so that they can garnish your wages. That is these guys in a nutshell.

***Read if doing a payment plan. Make sure to call after your last payment and advise them to cancel the payment plan or they will keep charging you every month*** I delivered my baby in January at Williamson Medical Center and I guess this company was the one who performed my epidural. I received my bill in and there was no issues with them billing my insurance. I set up a payment plan for the remaining balance. There was no issues in taking my payments. I received an email stating that my payment plan would be processing soon for this month (September)...I knew I should have been done paying by now. I logged in and not only were they going to charge me for September, but I was charged a payment in August when I should not have been. Also worth mentioning that I have received 2 notices that I had a balance and would be sent to collections the past 2 months which I ignored since I was in a payment plan. I called and spoke to someone who was nice enough. She said that I had to call in when my payment plan was done or they would keep charging me (never ever heard of this with any other company). I was also told I was issued a refund for my August payment 5 business days ago ( I will wait to see if it actually processes). She did cancel my payment plan, but when I log into the portal I show a balance due. I deleted my card and hoping I won't be sent to collections.

Their billing department is the WORST I have ever experienced of all health companies I have ever had to deal with

This billing department is absolutely horrible. They will send you to collections for bills that you already paid. You will be given a confirmation number after you pay, but they cannot look up that confirmation number. The only evidence that you paid is a print out receipt. Make sure you save this so that you can prove that you paid.

After making a good faith payment, I never heard from them again until I recieved a letter from collections just 2 months later. They said because it was only a good faith payment they would not pull ig from collections. I also found out that the reason they didn't call me is because they didn't habe a phone number on file. Sounds to me like someone is lazy and wants as much money as possible for the least amount of work.

If I could give zero stars I would. I needed to pay these folks for anesthesia services for a surgery I had. On their website I broke up the amount into payments, and the last payment never came out of my bank. Rather than contacting me to let me know they have not received the last payment they just sent my account to collections. When I called to ask about it, Ashley was less than helpful. If they had called or sent me a letter that they had not received the last payment (which is confusing to me because it was set up on autodraft and there was plenty of money in the account to cover the payment) I would have been happy to pay it, but instead I got a notice from collections. The customer experience, or better put, the lack thereof will have me trying to avoid using them for anything in the future.

Forced anesthesia on my wife withing minutes of arriving at the hospital during a birth. Then signed a consent form on her behalf after saying they "thoroughly reviewed her medical history and thoroughly explained the procedure and risks." This conversation took place over the course of 45 seconds before they put they under so there was nothing thorough about it. They came back after the fact and said there was no need to get consent because she wasn't capable of giving consent. My wife was completely conscience and of sound mind during this process. They will force whatever they want on you then bill you for "excellent" service. My wife has suffered memory and clarity issues after the rushed procedure. I would avoid them at all costs!!
