I recently hired a handyman through their website. The overall experience was average. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. I was able to find the services I needed quickly. However, the communication with the handyman was not as efficient as I would have liked. It took longer than expected to confirm the appointment and there were some miscommunications regarding the specific tasks required. The handyman arrived on time and was polite, but I felt that the quality of the work could have been better. Some tasks were not completed to my satisfaction and I had to ask for them to be redone. The pricing was fair, but I expected a more outstanding level of service for the cost. Overall, I think they have the potential to improve their communication and attention to detail to provide a more satisfactory experience for their customers.
