There is nothing better than Andy's! The service was great here, easy to get in and out. Hard to beat!

Both concretes we had were very good. Good and fast service.

We have tried every single Andy's Frozen custard location in the US. Their frozen custard beats ANYTHING else out there. This location has great custard, but their speed and service doesn't equal that of the ones in Springfield, MO. Still a great shop and we stop here every time we come through Osage Beach.

Good place but they didn't have any peaches for their special sundae.

Worst customer service ever! Two girls working decided it was OK to make the 5+ cars in line wait for 25 min. Just so they could talk. Hanging out the drive thru Window, talking to what I assume is another employee about how they hate being there, schedules and who would drive So others could drink. If you would like to keep customers happy in any way id advise better management of crew.

OMG, this is a great custard. I don't normally like custard, but I love the turtle sundae made with Andy's custard!

Ice cream was good. Window attendant was very friendly. Expensive, but still cheaper than sonic.

Best place at Lake of the Ozarks for ice cream. Went on a busy Saturday night. No matter though because they have a ton of workers ensuring the wait was short.

I got a standard choco malt. Kids got standard cone. All is well. We will be back!

The old charm appeal was excellent. The ice creams, shake and malts ordered were yummy. Wish there was a little more seating tip enjoy the atmosphere. Other than that highly recommend a visit.

Love this place! Every time I go there the custard tastes wonderful. It's always super clean on the inside as well! Only wish I go more coupons in the mail!

Update: 6/18 Come either early or later, after the dinner rush because this place can easily get 100-200 people milling about on a hot summer night.
THE best frozen custard at the lake, although when it gets warm, the lines can match those of Ted Drewe's in St. Louis! If you're standing in line, there are a few places to sit but there seems to be a fun vibe and there's loud music playing to make the area festive.

If you get in the drive thru, you don't place your orders until you actually get to the order window, but the kids can be pretty quick. The staff is all young and the customer service can be hit or miss, but when it's good, it's good. Btw, the custard is heavenly and the toppings are generous. I don't know if there's a restroom in the place but there is a chicken place next door if you need a place. FYI, the sizes are big...the large is really LARGE.

Best Ice cream at the Lake of the Ozarks. Fast, Friendly and delicious! It's very cold out at the Lake of the Ozarks this week but I think I am going Andy's tonight. Thumbs up!

I literally just wanted a normal vanilla ice cream cone with sprinkles and the she had to give me the largest one with the most ice cream possible and when I asked for sprinkles she just put them on the side.

I had a very good experience at Andy's Frozen Custard. I went on a Saturday night around 8 o'clock, and there was a line. But, it moved along very nicely. The staff was friendly and nice. I ordered the snowmonster concrete, which was very tasty. I will definitely go to Andy's again.

This is the best frozen custard we ve ever had and it never disappoints. Andy s is a must stop. Everything on the menu is top notch, so don t be afraid to try different things. The stolen brownie sundae with pecans is a family favorite, and the concretes are always a good choice. The drive through is convenient if you re in a hurry, but there s something special about the vibe you get eating custard in front of the store that s really great. Take the family and you ll be their hero.

It was an absolutely wonderful treat! I had the James Brown jackhammer concrete. There was peanut butter, brownies, hot fudge and Carmel. Its definitely a must try!

I love Andy s, but it was discouraging to pull up at 10pm when the google website says you are open till 11pm and be told you are closed. Please fix your hours so others don t go through this

Amazing custard every time, even though the drive through line usually takes forever. However, they stay open a lot later than the time they are supposed to so it makes up for that.

Get a Jackhammer concrete, so good. If you go after the sun goes down prepare for the bugs...

I have been to Andy's frozen Custard in Osage Beach on two different occasions and the lady at the window was very hateful. Very disappointing.

Long wait on a hot night for a very tasty treat... well worth the wait.

Their menu is kinda hard to navigate and the custard is definitely not up to par with many other custards I've had. It was kinda runny, not the thick custard I expect.

Ordered oooie gooie peach custard....no gooie just plain peach's and vanilla custard !

My husband couldn't live without Andy's. Need I say more!
