Andretti Indoor Karting and Games Reviews

The racing is fun, only did one track, but had a blast. Next time I'll try the other tracks. Laser tag was also fun even if we were slaughtered by a bunch of 10 year olds. Be in the group that goes in first and gain the high ground! Bowling was an hour an a half wait so we didn't try that (Saturday night so that's not surprising).

The bar upstairs is clean and while the staff was nice they could have been a little more coordinated. There were 2 bartenders and not many patrons so they were tidying up the place and probably just assumed the other one was taking care of us. Also not communicating that my group had paid off our tabs to each other delayed our exit a couple minutes.

Another downside is the tracks are pretty pricey I think $22 for about 8-9 minutes, at least according to the staff. If you plan on racing a lot then I think becoming a member will save you a decent amount buying the 3 track/race bundles. Bowling was $35 an hour if I remember correctly, I'm assuming that's for the lane so split between your friends.

Overall good experience, I just need to see if they have any "happy hour" type of deals. I will most likely be returning to bring my track times down.

Also responding to owner - We were there on a Saturday night so the wait wasn't surprising. I don't really drink but I'll pass the Happy Hour drink specials along to my friends, thanks.

Fantastic way to spend a day with family. Not so much about winning as improving you times. VR experience and excellent food add to a very enjoyable experience.

Great experience right from the door. We spent about half the day and left with 2 very happy kids. The staff were all very friendly. We had lunch and it was delicious. Overall a great experience. Will definitely do that again. :)

Great 1st time experience bowling with a group. Had so much fun. staff was excellent, food was great, Service was even better!

Terrible time. Very rude staff. Paid for Omni VR and waited two hours. When I went to speak to staff about wait they told me the wait was my fault even though I checked in multiple times. Asked for a refund and was refused. Took the loss and left rather than dealing with staff. Receptionist was nice but did not seem to have the knowledge to deal with issues. Staff working VR was extremely rude and confrontational.

The place is very good, but if you decide to eat or have a drink in the cafeteria inside with the name of Andretti Winnery, sit there too exaggeratedly to bring your order and then again exaggeratedly to bring you the bill to pay

We had crazy family fun here and the food is actually good.

Fantastic family place. Has everything from simulator, indoor go karts, to zip lines and other virtual games. They also a bowling alley, a restaurant and a bar. Restrooms are clean and there is security walking around. This place is fit for the entire family.

Perfect... I have NEVER given an establishment 5 before... the true mark of a business isn't its performance when all is going as planned but how staff and management handle mishaps... my family and I spent the evening there and we did 2 of 3 races... due to a misunderstanding I missed my 3rd race. I panicked... the rep (well trained in company policy) simply transferred my race credit to arcade games, giving us a full 1.5hr more awesome enjoyment... well done. Flawless Management.

We had a great time here. Go carts were definitely the highlight.

Car Track is fun. Customer service at the registration is good. BUT the restaurant customer service is worst. You don't get a smile from them. I don't understand, is she getting underpaid or she is forcing to work. That was really my moment of truth at that restaurant.

The place has potential, but the operations are still far from what it needs to be. My race on track 3 was a joke (the kart wouldn't speed and I drove 90% of the time with my hand on my chin, bored as if I were on a kids ride). Brandon booked a race on track 2 for a 13 year-old, which was a waste, since that track requires drivers to be at least 16...

Incredible place, they have a Dark Ride there, the one made by Triotech. Woooww! They also have karting simulator....the best i ever seen!!!

This place has something for all ages to enjoy for hours. Prices are very reasonable as well and the staff is very friendly

Great experience. As part of my job we had a team building get together in this location. We played bowling. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We had pizza for lunch which was good. Bowling alley area is kept clean and working properly. No issues at all. Place looks fun for other activities. Definitely would like to come back and try the go karts.

Do not use the laser tag here, the worker operating the station was very rude, kicking us out just for asking a simple question then proceeded to abused his only form of power in his pathetic life over children. The go kart were lit tho 10/10

I took my son to Andretti Indoor Karting for his birthday this year and it was an amazing experience!!! The arcade had the coolest games we hadn t seen anywhere else and the go kart tracks were insanely cool! We didn t participate in bowling but we did check it out and it looked like loads of fun. Can t wait to visit again!

Absolutely shocking I was told at the front desk the top speed was 35mph we were going at walking speed. I would recommend this to nobody

Arcades are not sanitized. No wipes at all so bring your own. There are not enough hand sanitizers, not a single one on the arcade floor where it is needed most. The few they have are far from everything and some are empty. Otherwise it is just like any other entertainment place, $$$. Kids had fun and alcoholic beverages are not priced like Disney, so that was good. But then food was pretty bad. Please improve your menu and add a few sanitizer stations on the arcade floor.

I just went today and unfortunately they need to enforce the mask covering rules for these young people. I refused to take my kids inside since they are not enforcing the rule. I will try tomorrow morning and hopefully less foot traffic.

Games crazy over priced, laser tag was awful. Terrible layout, near useless pre-brief, over populated, and they let one team in early to take position and get shots as you walk in. Worst laser tag experience I've ever had. Not worth half the price.

Very cool venue with lots of arcade games and other stuff. Including indoor kart racing.

This place is amazing!!...the food is amazing... two bars for the adults..the arcade and bowling is super fun...the go karts are a blast...the staff are amazing and very friendly and very helpful when asking for help...i recommend going...a very fun family envoriment!

I can not recommend this place at all. The staff doesn t seem to care about the guest experience but even worse, there is a blatant disregard for safety. Everyone I dealt with from the front counter to the people monitoring the races had a sour attitude and were down right rude to everyone in my party. We were essentially treated like we were stupid before the race, and then during the race it was made clear that safety does not matter here. One racer in particular was slamming into everyone else, rammed into myself twice and the other two in my party multiple times, running each of us into the wall, and he was never stopped or spoken to. When we tried to talk to someone after the race, no one could be bothered to hear what happened. After we left, we also tried to file a complaint but were not able to send an email unless we wanted to make a financial donation, and again no one on the phone cared at all, if they even answered the phone.

I left our race so angry that I couldn t enjoy anything else the place had to offer. They have a lot of things to do but it was like being at a carnival with no attendants at the rides, there was simply no way we were going to stay there. I would much rather go to any number of the places on International Drive that offer the same types of activities for better prices and, in my experience, offer far superior customer service and safety concerns. We will not be returning to Andretti s to give it another chance.

It was great. Go Carts...the best. Games were cool, $1.60 per play. The electric carts would be good for a destination spot.

I had a blast here with my wife and son! There's a lot to do and see, price is a little bit on the high side. Parking is very well illuminated and more than enough. Definitely worth a visit!

Visited here for a company meeting function. Great place.. Race cars was great... Excellent for 12 years and up.

At first the Karts were fast and the races lasted longer. Now the Karts are slow and the races do not last more than 3 minutes ..

Pricey but always a great time. I recommend the go kart track #2 and #3 . And, the laser tag.

Worst experience ever. My husband andi decided to take our two girls for dinner and games expecting to have a fun night out but that did not happen. We waited for an hour for our food and when it finally came out it was not what we ordered . We notice that people that arrived After then us were getting there food.I had to walk up to our waiter to get his attention because he didn t even bother to check on us the full hour we were waiting. When I told him the situation he looked at me and said give me a moment and kept on checking out the other customers! I had to ask for manager and she also seemed lost and stressed out!..Very stressful night! And you can see that all the restaurant staff and manager were stressed out as well. Very disappointed will never take my family here again. Hopefully with time and once they hire more experience staff they will get things right. But there is no excuse for the low attention and the time we had to wait for our food.

This was a really fun place to visit. Went with a group of people and great service. The go carting was super fun and a variety of cool games! Would love to go back again.

40min wait for a table while there are 16 free tables... more people leaving than being seated

This place is a joke, closed at saturdays at 5:00pm because an event, I lost my trip.

Attended on a work function here. I'd definitely recommend it as a fun destination, especially the karting. I wish our team would have had more time and flexibility to enjoy each of the many attractions under this single roof! Bowling, laser tag, arcade, and karting! Big fun.

The bowling was okay. I suck at bowling and basically hate it, but that is not Andretti's problem. The pizza here was fantastic though. Highly recommended.

Well the atmosphere seemed a little over crowded. They should have more options for food.
However ... whoever hired the young man to handle the little children s track must of knew he Was perfect to work with children.
He was dealing with 4 little kids at one time. He was Great with kids! He was patient and just amazing personality to deal with kids.
I have been to fun spot , universal and a lot of Themeparks. In the kiddy areas the employees never treat the kids like guests, the treat them like a inconvenience. He makes me want to bring my children back over and over again. Just because he provided great customer service to my self , my friend and our children.
Great job on hiring a wounderful young man! I truly hope he gets a bonus or something. Great work should be rewarded so it continues!

Great indoor go karting experience for adults and kids. Bit pricey how everything is piece meal.

All I can say is Wow. Do yourself and your family a favor and go there. Awesome place

Real nice building! The Karts are electric and feel limited to ~60%, might be because all the alcohol the guest where consuming before racing.
This place is more aimed for have a company party. If you go for just the gokarting you will be disappointed.

Excellent place, de only used the Junior karting as testing this location .

Unprofessional management to waiter. 2.5 wait and dud not get our food. Had to get our utensils and garnishes for the few that ate. Several other tables got their food within 30 minutes. Not recommended to take the family eventhough great fun.

Three different race tracks for all ages fast Electric carts. Large race track(s) awesome drifting is easy and fun. CLEAN everything is clean and smells good. Everything looks new and nothing is broken. Awesome place i could spend all day all the time here.... Awesome for date night with the babe too. Lazer tag is 2 stories and accurate.

Lots of stuff to do and see, we had a great time playing games and karting, however if you want a more racing atmosphere OKC (Orlando karting center) down the road has a leg up with respect to the karting itself.

Went for a corporate event, the staff was super professional and helpful throughout the event.
Had a blast at the track.
The food was very good, especially for such a group.

There is plenty to do at Andretti's indoor karting. You can race go karts on three different race tracks. Or you going to race their simulators that are in the middle of the room with oculus rift goggles which is like a realistic experience of racing. Or you can play the arcade games that are around the floor. Just like any other arcade place you can get tickets and buy prizes. I highly recommend going to Andretti's indoor karting for your day of fun. Like I said there is a lot to do and you would have to go there yourself to find what you like.

Great atmosphere, lots of fun games, virtual reality games, go karts, good food. Bars are plentyful and pricey but, More fun playing the games anyway.

Nice area, just can be over crowded and wait times for go karts can take a while. Make sure you have an id so you can go on the higher difficulty course

Better to visit Mon - Thur. Less people/shorter wait times.
