This place is such a fun experience for all ages!! The go karts especially where they have just for kids and for adults. They just gotta work on adding employees for the sky bar on a Saturday night. There was only 1person serving everyone.

My 2 star review is based on safety concerns on the team that runs the Go Cars tracks. It is a requirement to sign a waiver to drive the go cars but the team is NOT following proper safety measures to ensure that families that visit the location don't get injured. The track team has the ability to control the speed using a remote and it is also their lack of safety training that caused an accident that could have been fatal for one of my family members including delay to response to situations while the cars are in motion. They situation was addressed to the manager on duty who did not recognize the dangers of these actions. After a conversation the manager made a business decision, and tried to compensate us with one refund of $21.95. It is not point to get the money back if your family member gets injured because their lack of safety measures, training and supervision.
Great amazing family fun place! We had an absolute blast and wish we had one in Nashville, Tn!! COME TO NASHVILLE :) we neeeeed more family fun things such as this
Upon arrival there was a 1.5 hour wait for the children's go carts.. and the adults track separates kids from their parents. We ended up bowling instead that costed $35 per game plus the shoes. Played some video games, but didn't get to do anything else bc it was so crowded. Honestly we could have just went bowling for more than one game for the same price elsewhere.
Awesome place, awesome area in general. This place has everything, bowling, actual go karts, games, video games, vr games, an awesome bar. They have food, although none of us order any food there. Awesome place, so many fun things to do.
We really enjoyed Andretti Indoor Karting. I have been 2 times since last week and plan on going back this weekend. Staff was friendly, games are awesome, go-kart tracks amazing. We rode track 2 and will try track 3 this weekend. Food was Excellent and cooked to order. Considering having a huge birthday party here as well as they have very nice rooms for private events.
Typical orlando... started off promising as a rainy day option for the kids. We bought a package... upon getting to the laser tag portion we were told due to a large group there, no one but them could do it for the next over two hours. Extremely poor customer experience when you value one group of kids over mine. Between that and the amount of people fighting for a turn at the arcades. To many options in Orlando to say I'd return. My son did state he enjoyed the junior go carts ride
If I could rate this lower I would. They claim safety is a big deal but during my whole race people were slamming each other into walls to get by. I left there with such severe neck and back pain it was horrible. The staff did nothing to regulate the offenders but instead singled me out for not turning the wheel . I will never go back again and I DO NOT recommend going at all!
This place has something for everyone. The electric Karts are amazing and way more powerful than you would think. They frown upon bumping into each other just FYI. If Karts aren't your thing...then they have bowling, virtual reality, bars, restaurant, arcade games, claw machines, zip lines...anyway you get the idea cuz I can be here all day listing things to do here. Everything is very reasonably priced compared to the completion (i.e., Dave & Buster's). Check this place out!!! PS...it located right next to Top Golf (also very cool place)
Bowling, cart racing, laser tag and arcade games were all fun. Most of the workers were awesome. Family friendly. They also had food and bar service but didn't try bc I ate before we went. I also didn't try there rope course or virtual reality games. Definitely worth trying. My second time there and will go again.
We visited Andretti Karting & Games in Orlando Monday April 1st and had a blast. The experience was so much fun that we decided to go back the next day. The staff was so helpful and friendly, there are things for all age groups. The karting is intense and the food was excellent. We will be back again next time we are in Orlando, thank you for such a great time.
Despite the wifi for everything going down, the manager on duty was quick and efficient in handling everything. We got to do free laser tag! The go karts were so much fun and the food was absolutely delicious! Will be back here in the future for sure!
Went for my birthday and had a great time! Make sure to make a reservation if you going to ride the go carts with a group. Group racing was fun! Carts are pretty fast not disappointed at all. Plenty for the kids and adults to do! Prices are reasonable for what they offer. Will definitely return!
I'm giving a one star because the facility is great. It has lots to offer, it was indeed very fun and the food is good. The issue we had was the staff and service. We where there for the first time last night. The place was highly recommended by a friend who was also there. From the moment we arrived at the kiosk for bowling we where given attitude by the receptionist. She was clearly annoyed by us, not sure why. I want to think it wasn't a race issue since I can imagine they get many costumers from many different parts of the world. But at one point she ignored one of my friends when she was asking her to put the rails up for the kids. My friend literally had to ask her if she understood what she was saying only to get ignored again. My friend's husband also went up to her to ask her a question and she was making remarks about our group to anther group of costumers. She pointed at us and said "people like this" and started laughing.
Aside from all the food and drinks we where ordering we asked for two KIDS mac n cheese. When they arrived we noticed they had red flakes on them. We tried it and it was spicy. We asked our server to change them for regular mac n cheese without any pepper flakes. 30 minutes later she shows up with two plates of boiled pasta. Literally no butter, no salt, nothing. Obviously we complained because I'm sure no one is going to agree to pay for boiled noodles. The server said that it was made like that and offered to bring us chicken tenders. At this point we just wanted to leave but the kids had not eaten so we waited.
One of the server's assistant who was probably the only nice team member we encountered asked us if we where doing ok and we told him what was happening. He asked the manager to come out and check on us and when she did we explained how disappointed we where because we where not there taking up space or business away from them. We where actually a big group spending big money and we just wanted to have a good time. When we told her about the mac n cheese she said that she personally makes the mac n cheese and that she would never make it spicy. So #1 basically calling us liars and #2 that sounds like a bs to me, your'e really going to expect us to believe that the manager just so happens to be the chef too ...OK.
So it is very sad that something so simple turned out to be so complicated. At the end we had to pay for the cooked noodles. Which is not a big deal but the manager's way of handling the situation made it even more frustrating. Overall we would go back to play but never again to eat. I hope these issues are resolved because they are loosing local costumers.
We had reservations which led to a great experiance. Our person took us all around. Made sure we got a great experiance. Even though he wasn't a waiter, he was ours cause our waiter was HORRIBLE! Reason for the 4 stars. But the young guy that brang us to the courses took care of my family. He deserves all the credit. Great place. It's Orlando so you'll deff have your rude ghetto people.
Lots of options to have a good time. It is pretty expensive to play the arcade games. I went there with 4 kids to celebrate my daughter s 10th birthday. The employees were very friendly.
Place with lots of electronic games option for kids and even adults. I'm not a kart specialist but I found the tracks and cars very good. The karts are electric. At the end, the results are automatically sent to the participant's email. It has several food options and also bowling alleys. Ample and comfortable place with easy parking.
This is a nice place, that is kids and adults appropriate. There are tons of games to play, a bowling alley, a bar, go karts and a restaurant inside. Theres no enterance fee, but in order to play the games you must purchase a game card. Cards are sold in set amounts, starting at $10. The line to buy the cards can get really long, and you must sign a waiver to play the games.
Amazing ...My 8y/o and my 18y/o had a blast! In my case is hard to please them due to age difference, but this place serve them well ! Arcade, bowling and go karts were unbelievable ...We sat to eat as well was very satisfied w food and server Kris was PHENOMENAL...5 STARS
Jay our waiter and the main chef were very sweet and polite. They constantly made sure our table was ok and the food was incredibly good. Definitely recommend this place
Everything my kids and I love (minus roller coasters). Perfect place for race enthusiasts to have adult or family fun. Clean, friendly and a bunch of fun things to do. I'm glad we stumbled on this place. Already been twice...
Went to Rush hour bowling. They said it was first come first serve. ONLY two lanes open for this. Right before 4 pm, they rented out the two lanes that were for rush hour. They said we had to WAIT until they were done to get those lanes. It was going to be around 530pm. Got there at 200pm to get the lanes for Rush hour. Place is very clean though and lots to do with kids but costs alot of money too. Spent $70 to ride electric cars for 7 min. Alot of false advertising and very expensive place. They got a two because of how clean it was.
Andretti's is an amazing place to go loved the karts and games only had 2 issues and both we resolved. Other than that best place to go with family or a Date.
This was a fun ride where the winner is determined by lap speed, not who comes in first. That's good because the track really isn't wide enough to pass anyone. Track 2 rocks!
Great attention to detail. Go Karting sucked really bad, I wouldn't call it racing if they spread everybody over the track you aren't even close to another Karter.
