If possible would give a negative star.
This company is a horrific company with horrible management. These reviews on here are NOT accurate .
In this company it's all about "who you know" not what you know or your years of experience.
Having worked for this company many years, I can HONESTLY say has been an awful experience.
Rules are never followed. A normal work week consist of a MINIMUM of 75 hours.
The verbal abuse you receive from every single project manager is unreal.
My personal and professional opinion is to look elsewhere for employment.
I'm sure at one time this company was a good company.
However, Andre's Construction is no longer is a good company.
For all the workers that are "stuck", stick up for yourselves!!
You do have rights!
No one deserves to be treated this way.
