This place is a joke. They would only want to create their own design and would not conform to what their clients want. We attempted to get their services but when we had a meeting, they weren't accommodating with the design that we want to go on and insisted on how they like the design to look like, Annoyed by how the meeting went, we obviously didn't pushed through with them.
Cons: The pay does not meet the standard of the industry. Very cheap boss, would get as much interns as possible without paying them. But expects to produce high quality output, and is aggressive about it.
Avoid working for this company. Most of the managers here are rude and unprofessional. Management is filled with people who are either clueless about leading the people or are just have a straight-up horrible personality. It was very toxic experience for me when I worked here, so I suggest that you avoid this.
Seeking employment here is worthless. You will be joining the minions of Andre Kikoski and do his bidding. Your personal and professional life will be controlled to no end.
This company is the worst place you can ever work. The top man is an idiot who wants to rule others, not just employees but the clients too.
Their designs are boring. It looks like they have a particular niche that would only appreciate their designs. They can't just to the customers ideas, interests, and request. They even cost a lot more compare to other companies around the area.
Disrespectful to clients. Designs aren't that great like what they promised. They didn't included all our requests even when we reminded them several times. They think that they know better but we are the business owners and we have a vision in mind but they did not respect that. Totally not recommended.
The top management, the owner, is very self-centered. No appreciation for employees or their career growth. Only profits matter!
