I hired Andgar to install a new furnace in my home.
The clean cut technicians arrived on time and conducted themselves with pure professionalism.
I observed Doug and Braden overcome an unforeseen obstacle like it was nothing.
They completed the large project the same day. John D provided superior company support when information was needed.
The finished product looks and works perfectly.

Our hot water heater died...no hot water and started leaking one recent Wednesday evening. My local plumber company in Lynden couldn't get out to fix/replace it until the following Monday. I had Andgar come once previously to inspect and service our gas fireplace and heating system. They did an excellent job then. So, I called Andgar Thursday morning and explained what was going on with the hot water heater. The scheduler said she was going to get someone out to us and would rearrange the schedule. Robbi, the Andgar plumber, called to let us know he would be coming. He wore a mask socially distanced which was much appreciated in our over 70 and not yet fully vaccinated household. Robbi did an absolutely fabulous job removing the old hot water heater and replacing it with a brand new hot water heater. I couldn't believe the care and precision Robbi took in making sure everything was "just right." By 4:30 everything was in place and up and running. By 5:30 we had wonderful hot water again. AND, I got an email from Marla from Andgar with the certificate of inspection for the City of Lynden with directions to call the inspector and set up an appointment (the cost was included in the total cost of the job.) The inspector came and signed off that all was well. The total cost of everything was absolutely worth every penny and actually came out to be less than the total cost would have been with the original company I contacted. I highly recommend Andgar and their professional, thoughtful, and experienced staff.

EXCELLENT experience with Andgar! Would absolutely use them again. They had excellent communication, showed up on time, excellent explanations and great pricing for the service we received. I was very impressed with the very detailed invoice with the tech's detailed notes and exactly what was tested and cleaned. Our home was vacant and needed furnace/ac service. Chris showed up exactly when promised and quickly troubleshot what was wrong. Ordered the part and came back the next week to complete the service. Cyndi in the office was very friendly to speak with - thanks Cyndi and Chris!

We have been in this house five years and the pilot light on our fireplace insert has consistently gone out depending on wind direction. I decided to try one more service repair place and since we use Andgar for our furnace, I called them. Sure glad I did. Chris came and found the error in the settings and fixed it and cleaned it from top to bottom. It is working and acting and sounding like a new fireplace insert. Thank you, Chris. You were professional and polite and did an amazing job for me.

Wow.....SO VERY PLEASED with the service we got today from Andgar! Had our furnace ducts cleaned throughout the house and our service person, Taylor, was courteous, competent and worked until everything was cleaned up and complete. A shout out too to the whole team, including Cindy, who helped us tremendously with the scheduling and was great at coordinating around our previous commitments. Thank you to all! We've worked with this company for 25 years and will continue to call them for all of our heating and AC needs.

The crew showed up on time and had everything needed to do the work. The work scope was review with me to confirm we were on the same page and then they went to work.The work was done very well and efficiently and the guys were great to work with. I highly recommend this company!

Chris was on time, efficient, and willing to answer all our questions. He went over and above his job explaining details for us regarding our unique situation with both our heat and air conditioning system. Such a friendly and fun guy! We were so impressed with his knowledge and experience. You can tell he loves what he does, he is a huge asset for the Andgar company!

We had Andgar handle the installation of our kitchen and upstairs bathroom exhaust systems today. Ben was here at precisely the time he specified and the electrician arrived shortly after. They had the bathroom exhaust install knocked out by noon. The focus then moved to the kitchen and Ben had it all wrapped up by about 3pm. He even flipped through the manual of the hood we ordered and gave us a quick demo on how to use it. Very satisfied with the end result. Thanks Andgar!
