Nice up to date and comfortable room. Really great pool size. Enjoyed the stay.

Very nice place for wintery overnight in Anchorage.

Hotel is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Shower water pressure is not strong but temperature is consistent.
Depending on which side your room is, you will either get a sea view, a mountain view or half-half like mine (room 912).
The bed is comfortable and blanket will keep you warm.
Only minor issue is the aircon/heater can't seems to be adjust and shower head is slightly leaking and the droplets hits the metal part at the drainage area. If you are a light sleeper it will definitely annoy you. I am pretty sure this is a one-off fault with my room and it should be resolved by the time the next guest arrive.
I have some issue connecting to the wifi ( guest ) in the room. But it's easily resolve with a trip to the concierge in the lobby.
Overall experience of my stay is great.

I honestly never been in a hotel where each and every single staff member we came in contact with (during our 1 week stay) was so attentive and caring, making sure we re enjoying our time at the hotel and in Anchorage in general! Truly impressed!!

This hotel is currently under renovation which was not mentioned until we checked in. The room itself was nice and updated, but we didn t have any hot water to shower in. For $300 a night you would at least expect hot water to shower in. When we went to let customer service know about this issue they said that it was a known issue and most likely caused by the renovations. The customer service rep said that a manager would contact us about our concerns and that never happened. Another thing, the ice machines do not work on any floor besides the 8th floor, and you cannot use their pool or hot tub because of covid. In hindsight we would have stayed elsewhere and do not plan on ever staying at this hotel again

Good customer service with clean and comfortable rooms

Very nice and clean room, very low noise level and an amazing view.

The Really nice location with some great views. Service was good given the realities of Covid. The staff was attentive and Covid protocols were obvious and being followed. We had to be moved from our first room because our AC unit was out. Parking is not free and is expensive.

Pros:

Rooms are decorated nicely.
Front desk customer service was very good.
Hotel lobby, fitness room and pool are open and well kept.
Customer service was very good overall.

Cons:

EXTRA CHARGES THEY DONT TELL YOU ABOUT UNTIL YOU CHECK IN:

$32 A NIGHT TO PARK AT THE HOTEL! This added about $150 to my stay. I would not have minded paying it if I had known ahead of time.

There remodeling so the new rooms are looking really good
