Will never book through this company again. They are rude and try to change everything that you say. We rented a property that had a pool and hot tub that had not been serviced in probably a month or longer. The pool and hot tub was the only reason we chose this property. Had to contact someone to come look at it and they didn’t come until the next day. Needed a part and serviced which would made these two unusable for our entire trip. We canceled our remaining trip with them and booked a nicer place. We asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience and having unusable features and they refused.
