This company has survived the test of time, they know of what they speak, and most of all, their people are very friendly and their customer service is exceptional. Highly recommend this company and their services.

When I interviewed here, I was initially impressed by the number of awards they had displayed throughout the building. Not until later did I realize that the publications praising Ancero were written by clients or the businesses of partners or their friends and family. This was the first red flag but I assumed this is how small businesses banded together to establish a foot hold in the market. But years later, I see the same shenanigans.

I worked there for over a year at both the NOC and the Help Desk. When I moved from the NOC to the Help Desk, I took a vacation out of the country and referred a female from one of my previous companies. They hired her for 76% of my salary. She worked the exact same schedule as I did, and performed the same job functions and held my previous title. I assumed it was do to her lack of experience, but when I took her with me to get another position. Ancero actively pursued her, and hired her back. Until the the next round of layoffs.

Annual layoffs for staff are common place. Engineers, NOC, Help Desk and accounting staff all seem to get let go early to mid April. There were 2 rounds while I was there and they have continued like clockwork. "We are going in a new direction" is the line that is often used. Only to see Ancero hiring for that same position weeks later. But at a lower salary.

They offer Vendor Management as a service. But this just means a technician with no training in an area will call the manufacturer of the software/ hardware that failed and relay the information to their technicians on your behalf.

If you are looking for a job or for an MSP. Keep looking. Miles Technology and SWK Technologies are not that far away. Yes it might cost you more, but you get what you pay for.

Ancero has earned a reputation in the business community as a company that truly values each customer and partner, and I recommend them without reservation.

A lot of companies will tell you they have partners. The difference with Ancero is that they take that very seriously and only partner with organization they trust. It is clear that the client satisfaction is their priority. We worked with Ancero on several projects and they showed excellent skills for communication and project management among others.

IVS has used Ancero's services since 2000 (the company before be acquired by Ancero). Ancero is our IT department and they are the best. Their desktop monitoring, server/data back-up and Office365 email services are outstanding. They are responsive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Very highly recommended.
