This, has it happens, is so very true. The only long term value they create is for themselves and their associated cronies. Anyone else that gets caught up in the cross hairs of any of their ventures gets destroyed. They're very good at it and they make damn sure of it!!
The FCA are in the process of investigating this outfit, who have ruined a lot of ordinary investors lives. Pure greed and questionable conduct, which will be investigated.
i have lost a substantial sum at the hands of these scammers. A company I was invested in has been taken to the cleaners by these white collar tax haven hiding amoral capitalists scum.
If you see the name ANAVIO on bonds, cln etc linked with any company you are a shareholder in , RUN FOR THE HILLS.
The end of days is nigh so that they can sit on a cash caves in the Caymans. Unfortunately for their money there will be no humans left to fleece.

As an investor in a company which enetered an arrangement with Anavio, in depth research has shown that instead of simply financing the company, Canadian Overseas Petroleum, in a fair manner, Anavio set up a bonds and warrants arrangement which has ultimately fleeced the shareholders totally and for very little money Anavio have gained massive assets which presumably are being moved to another company. Much information has been passed to the authorities and investigations are underway. There is apparently an association between an Anavio exec and a COPL exec.
My experience! Well invested in COPl plc and so many promises made of the amount of oil to be mined from their assets. Then, they went into financial arrangement with Anavio.
Over the next year the share price has been decimated and long term investors are over 95% down, yet Anavio have acquired most of the company for peanuts due to their loan agreements.
Daylight robbery I call it and it appears investigation is going on to the legality of the aforesaid company. Thanks Anavio, broke and marriage on the rocks due to me believing in company RNSs published over the year.
Corrupt, underhand, deceitful. Collaborated in orchestrated scam with COPL to crash share price and squeeze out PIs! Beware!!
