Beware of the sharks!

As an investor in a company which enetered an arrangement with Anavio, in depth research has shown that instead of simply financing the company, Canadian Overseas Petroleum, in a fair manner, Anavio set up a bonds and warrants arrangement which has ultimately fleeced the shareholders totally and for very little money Anavio have gained massive assets which presumably are being moved to another company. Much information has been passed to the authorities and investigations are underway. There is apparently an association between an Anavio exec and a COPL exec.
