The company I work for has hired AES for all of our analytical needs. I have had past experience with similar companies and I have to commend ASI for their.....well everything.
The sample receiving area is very hospitable with a nice sitting area and coffee bottled water.the staff are all very friendly and professional. No question goes unanswered and no reasonable request is rejected.
I was out of sample bottles and needed more but couldn't get there until after closing time. ASI graciously suggested that the bottles be put in their 24 hour drop box and I could retrieve them when I arrived. I was able to turn in my sample and get extra bottles after hours. No other company in the field, that I have encountered, would do this for anyone.
Their reports are clear and understandable and they follow all local, state and federal laws and guidelines. It's a very good company

Fantastic folks to deal with. Very quick and courteous staff. Needed new coolers for samples only had to ask once they replaced to old ones the very next time. A real pleasure to deal with!

AES is a fantastic laboratory who we work with on a daily basis and have done so for years. They bend over backwards to help us out with our projects. I cannot say enough about them. Great folks!

I have been in the odd position of working here for a couple years, then being a customer for the past few years. As a customer I think this is an excellent business, the customer service is great. Jessica Terry is my PM and has always gone above and beyond to get me what I need to get my job done.

Very nice people run this laboratory. They were so professional. Thank you. They analyze air samples (cassettes), bulk solids, and tape lifts for microbial counts.

The employees here are great! Always very helpful and sure to go the extra step and get you an answer if they're not sure. Placing an order, pick up and drop off are always a breeze.
