Very very informative conversation with Chris. Exactly what was needed to get more and the best out of the system. Like a lot of people I presume, I find it's easy to get started with these systems, pay the fee but not use it to it's greatest potential. The half hour tutorial was extremely worth while.

I signed up for 1 year using their commercial advertising without any success. They send you an email of the locations your ad is shown BUT I find it hard to believe people saw it when No one I know has seen any commercial, and the majority of ads is categorized as OTHER locations. To handle issues you talk to Jessica at "Customer Success" & it's horrible, her attitude toward me was awful. I signed up for 1 year and it apparently renews on it's own each year. I cancelled after the new year renewed (not knowing it renewed) but they won't give me my $3,000 back, Her answer was they will hold it as a Store credit for future use. I will NEVER use Adwerx again. Terrible customer service, Jessica won't give me her supervisor name or contact. She even said that it's up to them if they want to call me. She absolutely refused to give you your money back, yet her title is Customer success. CUSTOMER BEWARE !!!

I thought that Stacey C. and Ryan did a wonderful job in helping me with my questions. Especially since it was over a month of trying to get any response from our actual account manager, regardless of the bombardment of phone calls!! It took someone from the general support service department, to take the reigns and go above and beyond to assist. It just goes to show, that there are some dedicated individuals to provide customer service, when all other people fail! Thank you Stacey....you are my favourite point of contact from now on~ and keep up the great work!

The Experience has been great. I have been impressed by every employee I have spoken too, I called in very confused about my purchase yesterday and was explained it in a way I COULD UNDERSTAND. I am so proud of the ad they helped me with and have already been told by my neighbor she saw the ad. This product is very easy to use, even for a non technology wiz like me.

Very happy with customer service. Changing my ad for me even though I could learn how to do it myself. Have had a lot of positive response from Adwerx ads vs no response from other ads. Several contacts liked my ad, texted or called me when my ad "happened" to pop up on their computer or phone! My adwerx ad may also have been responsible for a dormant client calling me back! After liking my ad, I found she became active on my website. Within the week she was ready to meet and look at homes! Thanks!
