2nd time here. Nice property, however, Sheraton doesn't allow your control the thermostat temperature. Coming from a hot dry climate, I freeze in there rooms. Have to turn fan on to block noise that's outside & from hallways, which makes it even cooler. Cafe has great, fresh food. Location is central. Won't come again due to room temperature. Also remotes either don't work & /or you have to press buttons several times to work... Can't watch the on demand movies posted on the TV.

The Sheraton Park Hotel claims fourteen stories, with no thirteenth floor, in the American tradition. It is well-maintained and run by friendly, knowledgeable Union employees. The grounds are professionally manicured. There is a heated pool, an exercise room and a coin laundromat for guest use. At night the expansive garden is beautifully lit. The hotel has a bar and three restaurants offering fast food. Few vegan and gluten-free item are available. The gift/Starbucks shop is fairly priced. Elevator service can be slow. The rooms are large; the bathrooms are small. Our sixth floor room had three chairs, a desk, a refrigerator, dresser and nightstand with a clever cellphone/tablet charging station, two elevated queen-sized beds and a small closet with a safe. The window provides a view of several parking structures. However, at night, the Disneyland fireworks are visible. Rooms with low numbers are closer to the hotel's amenities. Everything's wheelchair-accessible and special rooms are set aside for the handicapped. The hotel, with hundreds of rooms, has one plug-in outlet for an electric car, located in the rear of the hotel, next to the bike rack. Expensive parking with in and out privileges.

Hotel very close to Disney parks. In the hotel they sell the tickets with prices similar to the site of the park. The hotel does not have coffee included and has to pay for the parking. The room is cozy. You can wash your clothes in the Hotel. There is even a machine that exchanges $ 1 for 25-cent coins, which is necessary for washing.

Located less than a mile from Disneyland, this is a good choice to stay if visiting the Park. The rooms are clean, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The service is great, and the food in the onsite restaurant was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you don't want to spend the money at one of the Disney hotels.

Hotel was amazing! Nice and clean and the staff was awesome! Housekeeping went above and beyond taking care of us. I also recommend savor the restaurant that also serves as room service. It was great but there is way more selection in the restaurant.

Nice hotel near Disney, great grounds and pool, rooms face either Disney or the pool (which was not heated, brr). Ample parking (a little expensive), about a 15 to 20 minute walk to Disney gate or you can take a 5 to 10 minute walk across the street and grab the shuttle bus from the Toy Story parking lot.

The Sheraton park hotel is one of the better hotels to stay at in the area especially if you're planning to visit Disneyland because it is only a couple blocks away. They have a nice pool and the rooms are located in a separate building from the lobby building. They also have a nice banquet area that can be used to host events. A key card is required to enter the pool and the building with the rooms after a certain time. There are 2 elevators by the main entrance and can take quite awhile. I've had to wait over 10 minutes before on a busy day. Fortunately there are additional elevators at the end of the hallway.

When we get to the hotel our room was nice. Very spacious and good view. As we were putting our clothes in the dresser we noticed old food that had been left there. So I told the front desk and they gave me a new room on the "club level" which i thought was better. As soon as I stepped out of the elevator, the whole floor smelled like weed and as we entered our room it was dramatically smaller than our previous one. You also have to pay for parking and breakfast that the surrounding hotels offer for free!!! I did not enjoy my stay here.

Bed bugs in the room. It's been almost a week. No ones contacted me to help pay for all the related Bill's. My wife lost all her belongings and gained a doctor's bill and had to purchase all new stuff. They made promises and assurances but so far nothing. Bed bugs really!!

Yes you are aware of the incedent. You hired a third party to verify the incedent and it was verified. Instead of replacing the bed you just treated it with chemicals and called it a day for other guests to enjoy. Why deny the truth? I have attached the report that you ordered yourself.

The hotel is excellent in general and its proximity to Disney and the places of commercial complexes increases its beauty and there are around it a group of five-star hotels such as the Marriott and the Hilton
The rooms are very large and I advise residents to take the side overlooking Disney, so that you can enjoy watching the fireworks every day while you are in your room, especially from the ninth floor until the 14th floor

if I can give negative review, I will absolutely do so. Reserved for a king size room, got a two queen size room when we arrived. Water wont go down in the bathroom. called the room service 3 times in 1 hour, no responses received. used the app to requested, no responses either

Update: I requested late check out, 8:30 AM someone knocked my door to ask room cleaning worse experience ever

The view from the rooms is great, the rooms are a bit old. Ohhh there is no internet, you have to pay $10 . for me this is a deal breaker.

arrived at almost midnight, the gentleman at the front counter couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Seeing that we were weary travelers, he put us in a room overlooking California Adventure and we could see the fireworks from our rrom

Clean room, though a little musty smelling. Staff was very courteous and friendly. I was able to do a late check-in, they held my luggage for me the next day, and we're helpful when I left an item in the room I checked out of.

Great hotel, prime location extremely close to Disneyland and the Anaheim resort area. Everything within walking distance of the hotel. Rooms are comfortable but could definitely need a refresh. Views north give a great view of Disney property and on nights with firworks, they are easily visible.

Needs an update overall. But great service and overall was a great place to stay for BlizzCon. I expected higher rates with the convention happening. Just if the fan worked in the bathroom that would of been nice.

Rude staff and poor customer service. Dirty rooms and the curtain was torn. We found a spider on the wall and the coffee machine was filthy. The manager and the supervisor were not helpful at all and i will never recommend a friend to this hotel. This is no where near even 3 star hotel.

Nice business hotel, clean and comfortable. I'm taking off two stars because of the hotel restaurant, which features food and service quality of a low-end diner (albeit charging mid-range restaurant prices). Tasteless food and servers with attitude.

We had a great time was clean and I like the shopping center downstairs where you could buy snacks and little packaged foods, drinks, clothes and trinkets. They had Starbucks coffee in the rooms which was nice and Starbucks cups. There was also an outdoor spot in front where you could wait for the running every 20 minute bus that took you to Disneyland. You would just use your ATM and pay at that little bus stop for the ticket and it wasn't expensive.

Experienced a horrible, sleepless night. Not sure what all was going on at 2am with what it seemed to be people moving furniture, vacuuming, pounding. Called front desk to report it and managed to get about a half hour of silence before it all started up again. NEVER AGAIN!

Do not book a room at this hotel. When we arrived our keys didn't work not once, but twice and we're treating like absolutely idiots. That's fine, I'm sure the manager gets tired of dealing with stupid people. Then we finally got into our room and the sink was clogged and the AC wouldn't work. It's 90 in Anaheim today! The sink filled with water while I washed my hands and then chunks of (vomit?) Started coming up from the drain. We called the front desk and they said the rooms were all booked, sorry no changing rooms. It took the maintenance guy so long to unclog the sink, they miraculously were no longer booked and had a lovely room on the third floor with a functioning drain and air conditioner.

The beds were good, the balcony was nice and if you looked far to the right you could see the palm trees and pool. The tub was chipped and shower head broken. The sink and closet area were very small.

Very convenient location, available usually at a very reasonable price. As a Platinum Premier member I was upgraded to a view of the park and fireworks - comfortable bed in an decent sized room. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Though there was many large groups checking in, I had to wait until almost 5 PM for my rolm to be available and when I get to my room, the doors on the closet are off the track. Maintenance is suppose to be coming to look at.

The Sheraton Park Hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland it's a very nice place to stay. If you're going to Disneyland you won't be spending too much time in your room. This hotel has a gym as well as a pool.

Let me start off by saying if I can give 10 stars I would. My granddaughter Scarlett celebrated her birthday, and Mr. Iangee was top notch. He organized his staff to have a welcome celebration for her, that she still talks about today. I definitely recommend and will return.

We were placed in a room that already had guests. Luckily guests were out of the room and we noticed the luggage. The room was dated and felt dirty while the elevators reeked of weed. We were also unable to control the temperature in the room, less than ideal when the weather reached almost 100 degrees that week and coming back to the room at a cool 80 degrees. The curtains were ripped to the shreds but was hidden by the heavy drapes. I would not recommend this hotel and suggest you explore your options before booking.

Don t stay here. You aren t able to select a temperature for your room. Apparently (according to a sign in our room) the entire hotel shares a temperature as it s a centralized system. So we re staying in December, so the heater is on. Our room is 78 degrees. The hotels advice? Turn the thermostat off so it doesn t blow hot air or open the balcony door. It s not an option to turn cool air on.
