Everything and everyone from my first visit through the final pick up of my dress was amazing! The whole team is so great and Amy even took the time to come down and see how my dress turned out at the end. I cannot recommend them enough...especially if you're looking for stunning, timeless designs that are built to show off your shape perfectly!
Amy Kuschel and all of her associates were amazing and so helpful. They were patient, gave great advice and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. The gowns are gorgeous and handmade just upstairs from the boutique. Love this shop and I highly recommend it.
I loved my experience at Amy Kuschel!! I found my dream dress, and it actually was completely different than what I'd originally thought I wanted. Rung was an amazing associate and made the whole process feel like a breeze. I only tried on dresses here as I felt I didn't need to look any further. I can't wait to wear my dress in a few months time!!
The dresses are just ok in quality. While everyone was kind, I mentioned what I was looking for several times and felt I wasn't being heard and kept getting more of the same until the end of the appointment when I was out of steam anyway. Not a terrible experience, but honestly not much better than going into Anthropologie.
My daughter had her wedding dress made here. They did a wonderful job and their customer service can not be beat!

Amy Kuschel is simply the greatest - I can't believe I ever shopped anywhere else. After an earlier dress snafu, the team jumped through hoops to get me a gorgeous wedding dress so quickly - it was truly the dress of my dreams, and I had the most magical weekend. I don't think I'll ever feel so beautiful again, but I'm so glad I peaked in one of their incredible shop's dresses! The entire team made the process so easy, so stress-free, and so smooth. I also felt so lucky to have fallen into a business whose practices align with my values, and I really enjoyed my visits to the shop immensely. Everyone made me and my loved ones feel so at ease.
I got too many compliments to count over the course of the weekend; everyone wanted to know where I got my dress and how I found something that fit so perfectly. I cannot thank Amy Kuschel enough!
If I could give 100 stars I would. Amy Kuschel designed the wedding dress of my dreams for my June wedding. Her ready to wear collection is also amazing and I've worn the "Wedge" dress to the office and the "Model T" to fancier celebrations that require cocktail attire.
I happily own two lovely coronavirus masks from the Amy Kuschel studio in San Francisco. I really like how stylish but comfortable my masks are, and my boyfriend says I look cute in them. :-) Easy to pull on and off my nose when I'm outside, easy rinse in the shower at night, and ready to wear the next day. Well-designed with layers of materials. The masks came beautifully wrapped like a thoughtful present, and my interactions with the shop (and the owner) have been fun and easy.
Kate was amazing to work with, and the complete Amy Kuschel experience was outstanding. Everything about the store was just right for me--great selection, but not overwhelming; pleasant in-store experience (great viewing room); and they are full service (from bridesmaid dresses to jewelry). The team there was patient and detail oriented. Everything arrived on time and exactly as expected. Would definitely recommend to a friend!
Amazing isn't even a good enough word to describe this place! As soon as I walked in the door I felt welcomed and wanted there Erin helped me and didn't mind that I had such a big entourage. She made me feel comfortable in every dress I tried on and didn't pressure me one way or the other. I had mentioned I had my own seamstress for alterations and she didn't try to sell me on theirs. It was a fun and stress free environment and I can't wait to walk down the isle in my dream dress thanks to glamour closet!!
Had my first dress shopping experience here and LOVED that Alexis made it so easy to do by paying attention to the details in the dresses I showed her in photos. She also gave me amazing ideas for us to consider as far as venues go! Thank you so much, I'm SO happy there's a NY based store and if I can swing it, I'll be back in SF as soon as the date draws near :)
Such a great shopping experience. I don't love shopping but this was better than I could have imagines. And the clothing is beautiful, hand made in the US (Right in their shop here in SF). Amy also makes dresses for BHLDN but if you're able to come here instead you get such a wide variety of options and customized service. Plus on the day I came to be sized Amy was there to do the sizing herself which made it feel so much more personalized... But also the sales associate I worked with, Brittany, was so professional and just flat out amazing in every way too.
I am just blown away by the costumer service and the way you get treated here. I moved back to Europe from the Bay Area and contacted the team, if it would be possible to send some dresses over here. I received the sweetest, most attentive and thoughtful answer and even got size recommendations for my picks. They gonna send my dresses over here and I even got a 50 Dollar discount. I was already a huge fan of Amy Kuschel since I got my beautiful wedding dress here and couldn t have been happier with the way it looked and turned out in the end. I am so excited for my summer dresses to arrive now and can only recommend-especially if you live in the Bay Area- to go to their store -or visit the website and have a look at their awesome collection!! A huge plus is of course also that they produce locally, have great conditions for their employees and are mindful about their ecological footprint. And on top of all of that, the whole collection is just breathtakingly beautiful- if I could, I would buy every single piece, Amy produces. If it would be possible, I would give ten stars as well. This was hands down one of the most enjoyable shopping experience I ever had!
I found Amy Kuschel as a recommendation from a friend and am SO glad that I did. From the second I made my appointment I had the most wonderful experience. All staff were professional and helpful, specifically Alyssa. Alyssa went out of her way to ensure I got everything I wanted with my wedding dress. Any specific needs I had or questions, Alyssa would go above and beyond to make it happen. I was having trouble deciding on a dress initially (because they are all so gorgeous) and Alyssa made me feel very comfortable making an appointment later to come back and try on the dresses again. I never felt pressured to buy a dress and somehow they also figured out a way to make you feel like the most important customer. All the dresses here are absolutely stunning, very elegant and sleek and never tacky. The quality of the dresses are amazing especially since they make the dresses right there! I am a bit on the taller side and they had no problem giving my an extra inch in length on my dress for no extra charge. I feel like i am getting a custom wedding gown for a fraction of the price. I highly recommend this bridal store if you are looking for a wedding dress! You will not be disappointed!
