Good food friendly environment good for a break at the jnr cafe.

You won't believe it. It actually serve very nice food at very low price for member. Very nice environment. You can also visit their history path.

I can get quality detergent, engine oil and vitamins. Have many cashier counters and we don't have to wait very long on their busiest weekends.

Ground flr cafeteria food was fresh and tasty, however slightly a notch higher in price, no complain wt good ventilation, air conditioning and clean environment. Limited seating area than food court, you have to be quick or early. Pick your timing accordingly. The interior at the shopping space were magnificent, bright and enlightening. Latest modern industrial design. Nonetheless, the Internet and ipad system was super duper slow or lagging. Good and quality products I must say. Alas one of the worker at collection counter is super worst.

I don't understand why does Amway keep one named PUNITHA working as front liner at the collection counter. She is not only incapable, the worst part is she is super duper rude.

I would give Amway 10/10 in term of every other things but PUNITHA ruined all this.

super slow service at collection counter. no chair or place to wait during rmco period. forced to stand beside queue line, and waited for more than 50minutes just to collect 1 small item with just few customers around. i believe my item already prepared and placed at store behind, but no staff to pass it to me. (other later customers already collected their stuff.. T.T)

Horrible after sales service. Bought Noxxa and used it for 3 days before it stopped working.

Sent for service and waited for two months for repair. Didn't get any calls from customer service.

The products are expensive. They run pyramid scheme hidden in the sales of nutrients and cosmetics. There are no scientific study to prove the benefit of their nutritional products compared to placebo. The service are slow.

Worst experienced when order through pickup. Waiting for more than an hour. Did not expect this lousy service from the headquarters.Come on team you are better than this.

The amway service in taiping is very disappointing. Very arrogant staff & not friendly at all. Sy was crazy disappointed to enter amway taiping. Do not because of our usual clothes, continue to judge people like x can afford to buy things near there. Time call sweet je mouth speak. But when I got to the amway shop, the staff waited for me. Add 2 male staff alone, dh he is arrogant, manners are not immediately. Seriously disappointed with the service there. Please amway please teach how to serve customers better. Tq

High class interior design, great shopping and user experiencing centre, nice and cheap local food served at the cafeteria, fee clean drinking water available

I tried to message them in Facebook for some product enquiry, but then they ask me to email to get more information instead of Facebook msg.

So I send them an email few days ago, till now I still don t receive reply.
Bad customer service lead to bad product quality. I do not feel confident in amway at all.

Bad service at the counter waited 1 hour to collect service item very slow and also no place to sit

Amway wangsa maju operation hours for weekdays will be 11am-9pm. But break at 12pm. That's fine. 4 staffs working but all of them closed the shop at 12pm and went for break. When I came for purchase products they don't care to serve. At least 2 staff go for lunch and 2 stay for business. If all of them left the shop closed and went for lunch people like us came far and have to wait for them until 1pm to resume business. Not professional to run business. Open at 11am and closed at 12pm for lunch. Please make Changes Amway!
